    With striking design features different to any house seen in Kennett River, Mouzel will truly capture the imagination.

    Situated on a beautiful parcel of land that captures ocean and bush vistas from every angle, you will be drenched in sun all day long. Grazing Kangaroos and Koalas often frequent the backyard, or what is commonly known as the Otway National Park. Basking in natural light throughout, this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom holiday home will have you relaxed within moments of your arrival.

    - Semi open plan living, dining and kitchen area

    - Living area with flat screen TV, & DVD, combustion wood heater, Starlink wifi and Foxtel

    - Fully functional kitchen with electric oven, gas cook top and microwave

    - Dining setting for 6 people

    - Multiple Balconies with 2 x outdoor settings for 8 & 4, gas BBQ

    - Second room with Queen size bed

    - Third room with 1 x Queen bed, 1 x single bed, opening onto rear balcony. Bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet - Laundry in bathroom - Property supplies basic bathroom amenities

Lovely quiet getaway with beautiful views

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property with its stunning views and daily visits from local wildlife (wallabies, saffron crested cockatoos, king parrots). It was disconcerting having no WiFi at first but we came to enjoy quietly browsing the books and playing the board games provided. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Mouzel is always spotless, so comfy, views you cannot beat, koalas in the trees, kangaroos in the backyard and kookaburras everywhere. We really look forward to our getaway here each year!!

Nature Abounds!

This is a quirky house but with ample living area but it's main attraction is the location. Away from the tourists. Tucked away on the hill where nature abounds!It is great for overseas tourists with regular visits from Cockies, parrots, a resident kookaburra, kolas in the trees and Kangaroos in the backyard complete with Joey and glow worms up the road. The balcony overlooking the trees with a glimpse of the beach where you can have your barbeque or quiet cup of tea. This was a great find!

I stayed at Mouzel for 3 nights with my parents visiting from overseas. We all loved the place. The short but steep walk to the beach was exactly what we needed after our meals. The surrounding nature is amazing. Very quiet and peaceful place. I would definitely go back.

Perfect piece of paradise, plenty of space to stretch out, glorious sunrises from the large windows and a really well equipped property. Kangaroo visitors, short (but steep!) walk to the beach. We WILL be back.
