We went to check in with our Expedia confirmation and they said they didn’t have our reservation. There was only one person working in the entire hotel…. She said sorry, there is nothing I can do, you don’t have a reservation. While I had my confirmation in front of me. We needed 2 Queen beds and after she just stared at me with no solution for 10 mins, I asked if they had ANY rooms. She said they had 1 king room left so we had to book that and pay for a horrible rolling cot. This was the worst experience we have had with a hotel. The hotel was in a convenient location, but was very old and outdated. Had a very strong air freshener scent like they were trying to cover up an old odor. No elevator, rooms were very small, hot tub was out of order, breakfast was fine. Would not stay here again.

We stayed just one night. We had been driving all day and were very tired. The desk clerk was a little slow for my taste, but it was because she was trying to change our room to a ground level, which was my request. We went to bed as soon as we got in our room at 8:30. Unfortunately, around midnight we heard, a couple of children in the next room screaming very loudly for about 15 minutes and woke us up. Of course that’s no fault of the hotel. It was just very annoying. The beds were very comfortable and the room had all the amenities that you need. We would stay here again.

Was a place to lay your head on a bed. Staff was indifferent on your needs facility and kept a little outdated breakfast selection was pretty much nonexistent. One of the cheaper hotels around but next time I’ll spend a few extra bucks
