"Minimal handicap parking spots. They were always occupied during my visit, so I had to double park in regular parking spaces in order to get out my ADA mobility equipment. Nobody left nasty letters and I told the front reception staff what I needed to do and they were ok with it. They just made notes in their computer."

"The home and property were beautiful, however, there are some things that need to be better maintained. Spoke with Kelly about hole in yard, where both my son and his friend twisted their ankles, with my son ending up with a sprain, unfortunately. Cobwebs within deck slats. Some stains on carpet. Kept pulling out dirty dishes form cupboards. Kelly was very pleasant to work with."
