"Communication with host was great. Location is very convenient for walking to places in downtown Louisville. Security in building was appreciated, as we are not frequent travelers and were in an unknown city. "

"The best part about the Grady is its excellent location in historical Louisville. We walked to many attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable but not a lot of extras to it. Bed and bedding were great. We had an excellent breakfast in the Wild Swann restaurant on site. We chose to park our car at a nearby garage for $22/day. It was a half block away. "

"No microwave, pullout sofa, trash bags for cans or extra sheets. Just a one night stay but these are basic things."

"Second time around for our anniversary. Room wasn’t as nice,but still comfortable. Restaurant bar and servers were great! I’m sure we’ll be back again. "

"The staff was nice, but the facility is showing signs of being run down. One of the elevators buttons were not working correctly. Once we got to the floor level we had to push the door open button for it to actually open. There was some sort of water leak and one of the light fixtures in the dining room was dripping water all day long into a trash can catching the water. I had called down to ask for more towels and was told I had to come down to get them because they didn’t have the staff to bring them to our room. Also wanted to buy a bottle of water and there were none in the cooler so they sold me warm bottles of water from the back. For the price that was paid, I feel like they could do better."
