"Everything was wonderful! The check in staff was friendly, the manager was understanding of our situation, the room was super clean (had to unplug the air freshener as I am sensitive, but it smelled good) the fresh cookies were really good and made us feel special, the hot tub was clean (and I am very picky about that that I actually got in) and it was a perfect temperature and relaxing, the morning breakfast was good and varied and our checkout was smooth! My husband and I loved it and will definitely come back anytime I come to Napa! Many thanks and blessings to all at the Elm House! : )"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Harvest Inn and would give it five stars without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. At check-in, the front desk team surprised us with a bottle of brut to celebrate my husband’s birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with stunning views that made the entire experience feel peaceful and special. The property itself is beautiful, and every detail—from the landscaping to the common areas—felt carefully maintained. The food was also outstanding, with high-quality ingredients and excellent presentation. We especially appreciated the hotel’s thoughtful inclusions, like a complimentary drink per person during the stay and a bottle of wine, which added even more value to the experience. What truly made our visit unforgettable was the personal attention from the manager, Vern Lakusta. He went above and beyond by surprising us with a charcuterie table and a cigar for my husband’s birthday. That gesture meant a lot to us and showed the level of care and hospitality this hotel provides. Overall, Harvest Inn delivered an exceptional experience—amazing service, delicious food, clean and roomy accommodations, and breathtaking views. We can’t wait to come back."
