"The Penthouse is a blissful experience and if you need anything Gilbert will ensure your get it. We asked if he could get us snapper and vegetables for dinner and he organised for it to be delivered and grilled for us by an onsite chief. It was delicious 10/10 and we could continue our holiday without worrying about food. Swahili house is everything we were looking for, Diani beach experience but more peacful without the crowds. "Expedia should know Nyali Luxury Suites doesn’t exist and the real name is The Palms. It cost me buchu $$ in taxi for the confusion in the late hours of night. The owner was stingy with the electric and lied to us and told us that the air-conditioning/hot water wasn’t working.She told us to be mindful of the kilowatts that we’re using. "Our stay wasn’t amazing had minor issues in the room. Shampoo/body wash were empty, toilet wasn’t flushing properly, drain in the tub was slow and would collect lots of water during a shower, the phone didn’t work. Restaurant staff were ok but our favorite were Lillian, Eunice, Ali and G from the beach. Bartender did take quite a bit to make the cocktails, food was ok more local dishes would’ve been great. I know it’s outdoors but the fly’s were just obnoxious and annoying. Beach was amazing, views and quiet. Went to relax and we sure did enjoy our surroundings. "

"The pool side was comfortable. The beach was on site perfectly. Everyone was welcoming. Room were clean. Bathrooms clean. Access to bathroom tissues, hand washing stations, hand towels. Staff was kind and friendly. Buffet always full and stacked. I would absolutely go back to this hotel. What an experience. "

"Voyager Beach Resort is an excellent place to have a fun holiday. No complaints about anything. Enjoyed the beach boys/girls too. Since dining is open to the outdoors, you'll have to be open minded with that fact. I would recommend that the resort install better ventilation in the Smuggler's Cove. It's the only reason we opted out of this fine dining reservation. I saw no visitors eating there either. It was Empty."
