Royal Sea Cliff Kona by OUTRIGGER
Condo was decent. Staff was super. Plenty of ocean views whether at either of the two pools as well as the rest of the complex.

Aston Kona by the Sea
Easy walk into town right on the water ocean front room that has 2 full bathrooms with and oceanfront pool and sand area. Whales right off our balcony.

Kona Bali Kai
The bathroom was clearly not cleaned well. The shower, floor and toilet stank of pee that could be smelled all the way to the bedroom. The floor was filthy and my feet turned black after walking around barefoot for 2 minutes. They need to clean the units.
