"This property offers worldclass service. All the employees are very professional, helpful, and polite. The food is topnotch. It tastes amazing and is very safe (no food poisoning). The hotel has a great location and malls and other shopping avenues are very close. Taxis are available in the hotel and are very reasonably priced. Overall, this hotel offers a luxury experience. Highly recommended.
Ps. A large pool with multiple sections is available. The beach is a few minutes away by walking. There are great bike lanes right outside the hotel (for scooters too). "
"This a very friendly and really nice and clean hotel. It is really worth of money. The breakfast could be more variable as every day the same. The only problem is that nobody speaks English in the hotel even the receptionist too. Trams, local busses are very close for only 27 TL (50 penny or 60 cents). Antalya main bus station is just about 4 tram stops from this hotel. "

The mountains view especially with the sunset is breathtaking. The apartments are clean, new, and got everything. The staff speak English and caring, especially Mustafa. I will return again for sure. I highly recommend it! It is better than big brands like Hilton and Marriott."

There were also some issues with the room service. Despite repeated requests, the tea and coffee mugs in the room were not replaced. This made it difficult to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the evenings.
The hotel staff, while friendly, did not seem to make much effort to engage with guests or offer assistance. This could be due to a language barrier, as many of the staff members did not speak English well.
Finally, the breakfast and dinner buffets were quite basic and did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel.

"Dr.Greens hotel is one of the best hotels in Kepez Antalya. I stayed here for a week and I couldn’t fault a single thing. The staff are extremely lovely and attentive. When I first checked in I asked about local places to visit and transport, the same night I received a copy of transport routes and all the local sight seeing places around Antalya and the hotel itself. The room was amazing, clean and couldn’t find a single fault. The pool was available at all times from 8am till 10pm and was super clean. The breakfast that was made by Mrs Nürgul every morning was tasty and filling. Staying here was an amazing feeling and felt like being at home. I would recommend Dr.Greens hotel to everyone who wants a safe environment and a place they can relax without a worry. There’s a market 5minutes away that sells fresh fruit and vegetables and a tram that takes you directly into the heart of Antalya and back.
I loved every day and night I spent at Dr.Greens and once again thank the staff for such a warm welcome and making my stay so much more comfortable. Hopefully I can go back soon and book Dr.Greens hotel for a relaxing stay."
