They were confused about the kind of room I had booked and my request to be on the first floor. I had to ask for extra towels and extra toilet paper the room was one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever seen in my eyes. There was pubic hair on the bedspread and in the shower area."

This was a wonderful property till covid came along and then it had problems. The front desk lady went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. I would stay again."
