"We had an overall great stay at the Hawthorne Inn! The beds were very comfortable, the facilities were clean, and the room temperature was perfect throughout our visit. One thing I really loved was the nostalgic decor throughout the hotel—it gave the whole place such a warm, charming feel, and I absolutely loved that sense of nostalgia. The only downside was that the bathtub water stopper did not work properly, and I had mistakenly thought breakfast was included. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it!"

"The hotel is very nice and clean, although we had a few misfortunes during our stay. The elevators were being renovated so we had to use the stairs. Upon check in, the gentlemen informed me that he sent an email but while traveling, I hadn't checked it so this was the first we heard it. A phone call would have been better. (I later found the email in my spam folder) But it was fine so we stayed anyways. The room was clean but our toilet kept over flowing for some reason. A kind gentlemen came up quickly to take care of it. The TV remote was not responding, but the front desk clerk was kind enough to come up to check it out and gave us another one to use. The breakfast was hot and everything was fresh. Even with all the mishaps, I would stay here again but hope my next experience will be better. "
