Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used beds unmade. No need to strip sheets or make the beds. Place all used towels and washcloths on the bathroom floor.
Leave dirty dishes in the kitchen sink. Remove all food items.
Turn off all lights. Turn off the AC unit or any radiator heaters. Lock all the doors. Empty trash and put all trash in the driveway bear bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
