Benvenuto! Welcome to Il Villaggio! An Italian styled village right on the edge of Kerrville. Il Villaggio is on a private estate with a secure entrance. Consisting of 4 small Italian villas, each with over 1,000 sq ft of combined indoor and outdoor living space. Each villa of Il Villaggio is a two bedroom, one and a half bath retreat designed to bring you a piece of Italy here in the Texas Hill Country.

Enjoy the serene beauty on your private covered decks while listening to the calming sounds of nature and running water from one of the many fountains. Relax in the main room and take in the countryside through the oversized picture window and sliding glass doors. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal within your fully stocked kitchen and large dining space.

Within 10 minutes from the center of town, Il Villaggio provides a peaceful countryside atmosphere with easy access to the Guadalupe River, dining, shopping, and recreational activities. Located minutes from wineries in Kerrville and Fredericksburg, and around the corner from gorgeous drives through the legendary Three Sisters.

Each villa has been meticulously decorated with beautiful pieces of art, wall decorations, and furniture, all meant to bring you out of Texas, and into a small piece of each Italian city and region.

This particular listing is for Napoli or Naples in English. Napoli sits highest in Il Villaggio, yielding beautiful far reaching lake views from its private back deck. This beautiful villa sleeps 6 adults in 3 private sleeping areas. 2 bedrooms, 1 King bed, and 1 Queen bed, as well as a Queen sleeper sofa new from Lay-z-Boy with a 6" Tempur-Pedic mattress (this is not your parent's sleeper sofa!). The perfect getaway to relax and enjoy a piece of Italy in the heart of Texas Hill Country.

Coming in the near future: Fountain courtyard with seating for 24, and a park like nature trail for leisure and exercise.

Perfect overnight stop!

We attended a wedding at Sendero Springs( right down the road) and loved this perfect place to crash. The beds were super cozy and we stayed comfortable during a Texas cold spell!

Home away from home

It was such a great place to unwind and enjoy the hill country. Loved the sound of the water fountains while walking up to our house. We stayed in Napoli and it was a perfect view for the pond. The hosts were very nice and very helpful.
