Cute house in central kerrville

Very enjoyable stay and the property was close to all the venues we wanted. Please note for future guests that the bathroom is very tiny and and the neighbors house lights keep the bedroom very well lit at night!!!

Over all great stay. Cute decorations and furnishings. Comfortable bed and coach is a great sleeping spot (afternoon nap). Great outdoor setting Central location to Kerrville Gibsons store. (I have to visit) Centrally located great restaurants and shopping store Overall I give a 5plus

Great quiet and private location

Had an amazing time! Love the location of the home to all of the stores and restaurants. The home is very well kept all around. Very quiet area in the evening as well. The owners are very friendly, responsive, attentive, and accommodating. You won’t regret staying here. Thank you Murphys for letting us enjoy your wonderful home.

Great duplex

We found the communication punctual and thoughtful, the property was centrally located and very clean. The house was styled in comfortable and trendy furnishings - super cute! Plus, we stayed in the unit on the 4th of July and were able to see the entire firework display from the front yard. There is construction on the road right now (July 2024), but was certainly quiet at night. We come to Kerrville often to see my in laws and need overflow sleeping…I imagine we will be back!

Charming

I stayed in this VRBO for 5 days. I was in Kerrville to visit my daughter and grandchildren and wanted a comfortable place. This is one side of a duplex and charming is what continued to cross my mind during my stay. My daughter came over most days with her baby and toddler and it was comfortable for all of us and with the quiet location, her children napped there. He host is quickly responsive to questions. The unit is centrally located in Kerrville, so no matter where your plans may take you it's a simple commute. It's also very close to the larger HEB grocery with gas which is greatly convenient. If you are considering this VRBO, it's a very nice choice.

The Brixley House was great, well decorated and spotless. The location was excellent, in the middle of Kerrville and close to everything. The property itself was very quiet but was only one block off the main thoroughfare. Check-in was effortless and our hosts were very communicative, with great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay at Brixley House again!

Perfect stop in Kerrville

We stayed just one evening before picking up kids from camp. Location was great, house was cool and bright and clean. Plenty of parking. Owner was very communicative and we felt the house was prepped for our arrival. We look forward to staying here again next year!
