    Dreaming of peace and quiet, beautiful nature, and easy access to the beach, golf, and a charming coastal town? This bright, well-maintained and thoughtfully designed 50 m² holiday home provides the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway.



    The main house features a cosy bedroom, a bright bathroom with toilet, and a welcoming living area filled with natural light. There is also a spacious dining area with seating for everyone, and the dining table can easily be extended to accommodate all guests for shared meals.



    The property also includes a well-insulated 20 m² annex with two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, as well as an extension with a chemical toilet. In front of the annex is a lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or warm summer evenings.



    Several terraces surround the main house, ensuring you can always find a sunny spot or a sheltered place out of the wind. From the terraces, you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding countryside.



    A lovely sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away, while Great Northern Golf Resort and the charming town of Kerteminde are close by, offering excellent restaurants, shops and attractions.
