This modern, private 1 bedroom home on the ocean is located in the Village of Ketch Harbour, less than 25 minutes outside of Halifax. Access to Crystal Crescent Beaches, water activities, fishing, trails and all local amenities are available year round aligned with the seasons. This is the perfect place to relax and reconnect anytime of the year. Beautiful decor inside and a stunning view outside. A spacious king size bed; new double sofa pullout and a child/youth bed just off the bedroom sleeps 5 people.. A full service kitchen and a cozy fire place to add a warm glow. Summer or winter sit outside on the private patio or on the warf and take in the ocean. My husband and I spent 3 days here, August 18-20.We had a lovely time. It was very quiet and relaxing.We enjoyed reading on the patio and even did a little kayaking in the harbor where we saw some seals. The owner, Jim lives in another house on the property. He was helpful but not intrusive. We would definitely stay here again.

Most charming rental, what a gem!! We were there for two nights, and the only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Jim was super nice and accommodating too. The space is absolutely lovely, including the outdoor patio and the dock on the water. Too bad we also didn't have time for some kayaking. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in Ketch Harbour. This property had everything we needed for 4 days of rest and relaxation. The proximity to all the places we wanted to visit was perfect. We were within 30 - 90 minutes of all the sites! Lunenberg, Bay of Fundy, Peggy's Cove, Annapolis Valley, Halifax, and more.The kitchen was perfect for cooking our own meals and the patio was gorgeous. We had been traveling for 35 days prior so we greatly appreciated the laundry facilities too.The property was private and well taken care and our hosts were kind, responsive, and although they live on the same property, were never intrusive. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!
