Luxury home by the river minutes to Sun Valley
Surrounded by incredible 360-degree views and endless adventures right at your doorstep. This stylish, modern luxury home is on a scenic lot with mountain views from every window. The high ceilings and dramatic large windows let in abundant light. The kitchen is a chefs paradise! With 3 fireplaces, and lots of sitting areas, its a great place to unwind. Located at the beginning of East Fork, it's an easy 10 min drive to the River Run base lodge + direct access to extensive Wood River Trails.
The space
The house was remodeled in 2021 and includes new kitchen appliances, bathrooms, floors, and other improvements.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, with lots of pillows, and amazing mountain views. There is a cabinet with an electric TV lift that allows for the TV to be hidden when not in use.
The second and third bedrooms each have their own bathrooms.
