"Everything went pretty well. We had to go buy some supplies for the wk. Wasn’t as private as I thought it would be. But it was a cute little cabin on the river, host was very nice & helpful."

"The property was as described. View of the lake, but a short walk to 3 different beaches. Great place for younger children if you don't want them to have easy access to the water. The weather was fantastic and any issues were addressed promptly. Fully functioning kitchen with new appliances, clean and bright. Lots of games and things for children to do. This is a good sized home with a lot of room for privacy and places to sleep. You do have to open and shut the gate to the state park if you come or go between 9AM and 8PM. Being so close to the park gives you a lot of hiking paths for easy walking. We loved having access to kayaks and being able to be out on Sebago Lake."

"Accurate, as advertised. Professional in all respects. A great, low key respite from the madding crowd. Close enough to town(s), while wonderfully quiet and peaceful eves and mornings. Nicely done!"

"We had a really nice stay overall! The location is amazing, especially if you’re looking for a lake getaway with a larger group. There was plenty of space for everyone, the beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed having direct water access and the dock. The grill and fire pit were great, and we loved hearing the loons. We also appreciated the packets of towels for everyone.There were a few small hiccups during our stay. The upstairs shower didn’t seem to have consistent hot water, and the house could have used a little more cleaning when we arrived, particularly the floors. We also had a surprise bat visitor in the basement, which I suppose comes with lake living! The property manager stopped by unannounced at one point, which caught us a little off guard.For most of our stay it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. There was some construction and tree cutting right next door during our last couple of days, and a heads-up about that would have been appreciated if it was known in advance.Overall, though, we had a good time and enjoyed the house, the outdoor space, and especially being right on the lake. It was a great spot for our group."

"The cottage was exactly as advertised. Marie was a wonderful host. She got back to me very quickly when I messaged her. And when my daughter lost the keys to the property she was very kind and understanding and got me other copies of keys to the property. She was very friendly. We would love to stay again in the future!"
