Surrounded by the Bluff and Branch port side of the Y. 52’ ft of beach, dock and boat hoist for your boat. 2.5 miles from Keuka Lake State Park where you can utilize boat launch. Plenty of parking for boat trailers as well for your family and guests. Sleeps 10-12 easily. Come see what makes this the best stretch on Keuka Lake. Sunsets are at a premium here. You won’t find anywhere on the Lake as quiet as this.

Keuka Lake family getaway

VRBO’s website should describe the 85+ stairs down to the water. This was a big challenge with toddlers. The website shows 2 bathrooms with showers. There was only 1 tub shower, and no drain stopper for the kids to take a bath. Air conditioner in upstairs bedroom did not work and no screens to allow opening the windows. Dishwasher did not work. The lawn wasn’t mowed. Website said no pets however there was dog hair on and under the furniture and dog feces on the lawn.

There was no communication it was further from the lake then insinuated no explanation on how to use tvs grill was disgusting

Great for a weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had people coming from different areas. So it's hard to find homes accomadating enough in terms of parking, which there was plenty of. The house was farther from the water than we expected, but considering the cost of the house, we were pleased with it's overall value.
