"The lady at the front desk during check in had this underlying judgemental tone toward me. Almost like she knew my type and didn't like me from the get go. This plaxe was Nasty. Noisy. Awful. I've stayed in every price range. From $65/night to thousands / night. This place was the worst. The cloth chair looked like dirty blue collar men had sat in it for the last 10 years. That's not a slight on blue collar men, I am one. But if I sat in a cloth chair after work every day, this chair is what it would look like. The bed had a very faint smell of vomit... The white paint in the tub was flaking off and showing the bright blue tub it used to be. Roaches. The curtains had what appeared to be cigarette burn holes in them. The mattress was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. There were people upstairs and outside yelling and running ALL night long. The AC was impossible to set correctly it was either too cold or too hot. We tried to go to sleep about 10 to get up at 7. We got about 3 hours sleep. It was miserable. "

"The grounds were very clean. The lobby was very clean, very quiet environment, beautiful body of water on the backside of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "
