Short Walk to Gondola, Shops, Dining, Mountain Views from Private Balcony!

This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with two king beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen sleeper chest. It features a private balcony that overlooks the pool and hot tub, also with scenic mountain views. It has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted over a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living area is a queen-sized sleeper chest. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony can be accessed through the living area and overlooks the shared pool and hot tub with scenic mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and slate floors. The kitchen also includes Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to brew a fresh cup of coffee anytime. The dining area comfortably seats six people. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

There are two primary bedrooms. Both primaries feature king-sized beds with Ivory White Bedding and have flat screen TVs. Both have en suite bathrooms with double sinks and shower/tub combinations.

PARKING: The Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

Our best family ski vacation ever!

Loved the condo and the property! Very close to the slopes, shopping, and restaurants. Very close to the parking garage, pool, hot tub, and Ice skating. We will definitely be back soon.

Great Condo in Keystone

The property was as described and had plenty of room for a family of five. Kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint would be the shower water temperature was luke warm at times. This tended to be later in the evening and may be a building issue. Showers taken in the afternoon were warmer.Overall we would stay here again.

I loved it! It was perfect for the two separate families sharing the space. I love that there are restaurants and shopping so close by and River Run Village is so lovely. I easily made excursions into Frisco, which is a must see town, and Breckenridge which is also so charming. I wound 100% stay here again.

It is located on 2nd floor, close to the elevators so not too much walking involved. Only thing is the outside hallway noise can get a pretty loud since the second floor is open to the foyer, and it seems that groups like to gather there in the evenings. After 10pm it gets quiet though. Overall a good, clean place to stay.

The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms are nice and the balcony is a nice touch with a great view of the pool. There were two randomly missing drawers, the ice maker wasn't working, and half of the window cranks are missing knobs, making it hard to open and close the windows. The fridge doesn't fit right and the drawers bump it every time you open them. I reached out to property management a few times and they eventually replied, even if it took a while. I'm sure it was a really nice property when it was new but it doesn't look like a lot of time or effort have been put into it recently.

The unit was a nice size and especially liked the 2 master suites as we were traveling with another couple. The unit was well stocked and met our needs. The large sectional was great for watching the US Open and the underground free parking was so convenient.With that said, several updates should be made. The ironing board doesn't stand up, the hair dryer in one of the master baths has been torn from the wall, the cabinet in one of the masters was missing a drawer and a door, there was mold in the caulking around the shower in the hallway bath, the screen door to deck is difficult to use, the silverware drawer hits the frig when you pull the drawer open. These are not large repairs but they add up and would definitely make the renter's experience even better! And the hot tub was out of service which I know isn't related to the unit but still disappointing. Overall, we would still consider a return visit but with so many units available, it would benefit the owner and the renter for the owner to make the necessary updates.
