I so wanted to find things to like about this property. So, I'll list some of the pros: The location and scenery was beautiful - loved the serenity of the area. Loved having the pool and hot tubs right across the unit. Easy access to River Run Resort area for dining. Really enjoyed the bike and walking paths. We had a great bike ride to Dillon from the condo. I liked the neighborhood - it truly was peaceful. I appreciated the toiletries (hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner) which was provided. There's parking (not in the garage featured in the pics as that belongs to another unit. If you don't want to get pitch on your vehicle, I'd advise to park across the street by the pool. There's a nice community hang out in the log cabin which serves as a recreation space with a pool table, huge fire place and plenty of seating to relax. Cons: The dishwasher door wouldn't open to put dishes into. The living room furniture had an off putting smell to it - like some dude just went to the gym to work and came back and rubbed his funk on the furniture. Yuck! The back door was unlocked when we arrived and we couldn't lock it. One of the windows in the main bedroom wouldn't close and lock either. The beds weren't very comfortable. As a result, we ended up going home one day early. I think this unit needs some updating and the carpet from the kitchen to the bedrooms is in need of being replaced. I'd stay in this neighborhood again but not likely this particular unit.

Excellent location

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful condo in Keystone. The resort is just shy of walking distance, but there are shuttles to make up for it. There is also a very nice trail, along the stream that is great for evening and morning walks.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very cozy and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have the hot tub right across the street. There were some things that could be updated. The light switches in the master need be fixed. There were some noticeable carpet stains. If you like to ski, it is a short drive to the slopes! Overall, we enjoyed our time.

Perfect Cozy Weekend

This place is super cozy! Came up for an early winter weekend, brought the pup. Easy walk to hot tub (across the street), loved being able to walk right into Keystone village (~0.8 miles) for coffee! Went snowshoeing near Breck and hung out at home by the fire. Perfect for what we were looking for and for the price. Would definitely come back!

Cozy and Accommodating

This condo accommodated two families of 3 without any issue. We had a wonderful holiday ski week and the condo was close enough to the ski resort but remote enough to feel safe and secluded. The space was very pet friendly and we did not have any parking issues even with two vehicles. Thank you very much for a fantastic experience!

Nice house, perfect location

Comfortable house with adequate space; two bathrooms/two bedrooms was a must and separate from other living space was nice. Despite allowing dogs, there was no odor and house seemed very clean. The location was wonderful - back patio faced path which entertained our black lab for hours watching bikers, hikers, walkers! The neighborhood was lovely and surrounded by woods, streams, walking paths. Short distance to a few local restaurants, with Dillon and Breckenridge within short driving distance. We loved it!

Good location

Nice location especially if skiing Keystone or A-Basin. Cozy and clean unit. Nice layout. Towels could be better. Kitchen not very well appointed in regards to glasses, silverware and the variety of plates, small bowls. Could use a folder/info guide for the unit, but none to be found. Sidewalk outside door was a bit treacherous. All the melting from roof goes down gutter pipe next to entrance and freezes all over the sidewalk entrance.

Great stay!

This place is pretty great. We were so thrilled we could bring our dog. As others have mentioned, it’s a bit worn and dated inside, but fully functional and had what we needed to cook meals and feel right at home. Fireplace is so cozy! The pots and pans could be replaced - they are very scratched nonstick pans so we didn’t use them. There was one small stainless steel pan we used the whole time. The community hot tub was a nice perk, but it’s more of a warm tub - not so hot. Probably great in the summer! When we weren’t skiing we loved playing pool in the cabin next to the pool and walking the paved path to the gondola and back -- very nice walk and you can get coffee and food in the gondola base area. Overall great stay!
