"We booked a last-minute room here for the final night of our family of 4 overlanding camping road trip. Online, the property looked amazing, and the rate was reasonable, especially considering the location. For a one-night stay, it definitely served its purpose. Here is a breakdown of our experience: The Good: The View & Balcony- This was a highlight for us. Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous mountainside view that also looked out over the pool area. It was the perfect backdrop for our last night. Cleanliness- The room itself was nice, comfortable, and felt clean. Amenities- The pool and hot tub were a major selling point for us. The kids loved them, and they were a great way to unwind after days on the road. The Things to Know: No Air Conditioning- While I understand this is common in mountain areas because the nights are supposed to cool down, our room stayed warm. Our only option was a loud box fan running in front of an open window. As someone with terrible environmental allergies, having to sleep with the window wide open was not ideal, and we were still hot all night. This wasn't mentioned anywhere on the booking site. Pool Maintenance- While the pool area was great, the water definitely needed to be skimmed. Parking: The parking lot is located across the street. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it is definitely inconvenient if you forgot something in the car."

"This property was spacious and well appointed for our group of 16. The kitchen was amazing and had everything you could possibly need to service a large group. We cooked every night and enjoyed the scenic overlook of the mountains and rushing water below. The grotto was a lovely feature that we enjoyed in the evenings after long days of activities. We had 8 children in our group and they loved playing in the game room and hanging out in the bunk room. The adults in our group all enjoyed private rooms on 3 levels, and a large living space where we congregated for conversation, games and “entertainment” by the children. The only issue that couldn’t be resolved during our stay was a problem with sustained hot water in the bathrooms. The hot water would soon run cold before finishing in the shower. We reported the problem to the management company and they came out the next day, but were not able to resolve the issue. We had cold showers all week. I would definitely recommend this property for larger groups as we were very comfortable in this space. Please address the hot water problem before we come back! We plan to rent again."

"Our family had the best week, the home was absolutely gorgeous. It meant all our expectations. The setting is beautiful so many fun things to do. Our grandchildren spent hours in the pool. I really can’t say enough things about the home!!! there were 19 of us and we never felt on top of one another. they all said it was the best vacation. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us."

"Great place and surprisingly bigger inside than what the pictures showed. Check in was also very easy. The gas fireplace was a very welcome touch and kept us warm. Responsive staff and amenities like a little grocery store for sundries was fantastic."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is in a convenient location, very comfortable, roomy , and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to make small meals. We had an issue with lock, management was quick to respond and fix the issue. Would definitely stay here again."
Spacious Mountain Retreat with Private Balcony Offering Slope and River Views

"It was ok. Lift says qn bed and 2 tw it’s a trundle and not sure how you could fit it. The shower wouldn’t drain and towel. Hook fell off. Both box fans broken. Screen door was broken and fell off and balcony felt unsafe. We had 2 cars and was instructed to park one at the gondola lot which we did and paid for overnight only to return the next morning with a 50 ticket and had to take time to dispute. Overall it did the job but won’t stay there again."
