6508 Settlers Creek Townhomes - a SkyRun Keystone Property
This luxury 4 bedroom townhome is over 1,700 square feet with multiple levels, a private two car garage, and sweeping views out of every window! The ground level of this beautiful home has a two car private garage with ample space to store ski gear and recreational equipment. Inside there's a large mudroom with stone floors and a large closet; perfect for getting ready to hit the slopes or to drop coats, shoes, helmets and extra luggage. There's also a full size washer and dryer on this level. On the second floor is the main living area. The kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances, a wine chiller and granite countertops which the family chef will appreciate! There's a nice breakfast bar with two swivel chairs and the dining table seats 8 and is perched in front of huge windows that bring the outside in. Vaulted ceilings, a sectional leather couch and a stone wrapped fireplace adorn the living room. The back patio is just off the main living space and ground level. This patio is also a great entertaining space with four comfy swivel chairs and a BBQ grill.
The master bedroom is on the top floor, and features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and a large walk in closet. The en suite bathroom features a dual sink vanity, large jetted soaking tub, standing shower, and separate water closet. The second master bedroom is also on the top level, and features a queen size bed, flat screen TV, private patio entrance, and an en suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are on the main level and share the hallway bathroom, which has a dual sink vanity and separate water closet with a tub/shower combination. The first guest room has two twin beds and a TV, and the second guest room has a queen bed and a TV.
Minnie's Cabin is the exclusive clubhouse for Settlers Creek guests! Relax in luxury in the quaint log cabin among leather sofas in front of a roaring gas fireplace. Challenge your friends to a game of pool and catch the big game on the flat screen TV. There is a wet bar with a mini fridge, restrooms and showers. Wander outside to the year round outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, and warm up in front of the outdoor gas fireplace with a cup of cocoa. Enjoy hiking or biking on one of the many nearby scenic trails, or take a short drive to explore Arapahoe National Forest. The free Keystone Shuttle bus picks up only 30 seconds away from this townhome every 20 minutes, making getting to the slopes incredibly convenient!

Beautiful place to ski, stay & great amenities!
What a wonderful place for two families! We enjoyed the close proximity to Keystone and taking in the wintery mountain scenes from the living and dining areas. The views from this town house are incredible and the short walk to to the hot tub and pool amenities were great. Looking forward to staying again! Before then, we hope the owners will invest in humidifiers for each bedroom. Also, the cleaning crews need to pay closer attention in the kitchen and bathrooms.
All good except no chairs in master suite: should have at least a folding chairs in order to use dressing. An backup roll of paper towels in the kitchen would shoe you are a quality organization. Otherwise, it was a delighteful time.

Great place to stay!
The house is in a great location, it is only a 2-minute drive to get to the mountain. It was so cozy and perfect for a family of 6. I loved that the garage and the foyer floor of the home was heated. That is a nice touch. If you plan on staying at the home, be sure to pack the following:
- Tupperware for leftovers (It was strange they had three little containers)
- Tinfoil, etc
- Sissors
- The garbage bags are TERRIBLE. They rip in half and the garbage would spill out. It was so frustrating.
- If you plan on going during the winter, don't expect to use the grill because there is too much snow to get to it. (No one's fault)
I would 100% recommend staying here. The house is clean and cozy. We loved it.
We had a great stay at Settler’s Creek. Everything was as described. The townhouse has a great open floor plan. The common pool and two hot tubs were great with friendly neighbors. We stayed for a few days of skiing, but I think it would be great in the summer too with a nice back deck set in the trees. Beautiful views all around. Nothing to do with the rental, but it was disappointing that the shuttle schedule posted online by Keystone was not accurate and buses came every 40 minutes instead of every 20. Apparently they have a driver shortage.
The condo was great, very clean, nicely updated and furnished. Plenty of space for a couple families to stay. Very close to Keystone being on the shuttle route. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will be back.
The location was perfect, right on the shuttle route and near pool. We loved the four spacious bedrooms and three full baths. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry area. We used the gas fireplace every night!

Settlers Creek 6508 was a fantastic unit. We stay every year in Settlers Creek and this unit is now our favorite. Very clean and tastefully decorated and lots of room. Really enjoyed the firepit and two car garage for storing bikes etc. Missed out on the pool and Mimi's Cabin due to the pandemic but will definitely return and try for 6508 again.
Property was very nice and had plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 grand-kids. Everyone had their own room and bathroom area.
Great location. Close to Keystone Resort and the gondolas. Could not access one of the garages because of 2 ATV's parked in it, but it really did not matter. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect location. Beautiful condo.
We absolutely loved this condo and would highly recommend it for 2 or 3 families. The owners thought of everything and you have all that you need in the gourmet kitchen and throughout. Right across from clubhouse and the shuttle could not be any better. 5 minutes to slopes and ran every 20 mins on the dot. 2 nice bedrooms upstairs each with private bath. 2 downstairs that share a nice bath. 1 could be for kids or adult couple. Queen with plenty of room. Other has 2 nice twins. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Home. Warm and comfortable.
It was so nice to arrive on 12/13 And the house was decorated for the holidays. Only real negative, no fitness center at the club house. Otherwise great home for a family of 7!
