"Certain easy to fix issues left me dissatisfied: Living room sofa was very uncomfortable with cushions worn down to where we had to sit on pillows. Fireplace not operable with a sign reading "Under Repair." Heater in master bathroom made a funny smell so we didn't use it. Shag carpet from the 70's(?) was frayed. Large complex with 11 buildings and no instructions on how to find our building till we arrived. With check-in at 4:30, a very short window before darkness. Towel bars falling off the wall. Toilet flushed sporadically. Tub needs slip pads for safety. Poor lighting. No blinds on windows. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool."

"Kitchen chairs are all missing rail components and one has a leg that just falls off. Oven was broken until the last day. Dryer is clogged and took forever to dry. A print out of how to use the heaters would be nice as well. On a positive there was plenty of sleeping places."
