Fabulous family get away

We had an amazing time at this property! Everything was clean and easy to find and use. The game room was a hit with my teens! Sitting on the deck looking at the gorgeous views I got to see a herd of deer! The town of Keystone is super cute and very close to Mt. Rushmore and Amanda includes a wonderful list of things do so and places to eat in and around the area. Don't miss out on this amazing place!

Great location!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at The George. This house is located right next to Rushmore and within a very easy drive of Rapid City, Crazy Horse and Custer Sate Park. The hosts have very thoughtfully appointed the house with everything a guest would need, even special things like a milk frother and Keurig for those beautiful Black Hills’ mornings. Speaking of mornings, enjoying a cup of coffee and the beautiful view on the enclosed porch when it’s chilly or the open porch when it’s warmer will start your day off right. Thanks to Amanda, Federico and the entire team for giving us such a wonderful place to stay. We will certainly stay here again given the chance !

George House-Rushmore-Custer-Badlands

Amanda & Blackbird were very responsive and helpful. George House met our expectations and more. The facilities were great - our German Short Hair Pointer loved the circular layout - my wife loved the kitchen layout, and the outside grill was brand new and made great steaks and burgers. The location exactly fit our plans for Mt. Rushmore, the Badlands and Custer State Park. If our family plans take us back to this portion of South Dakota, George House we would definitely engage George House again.

Great Stay! Beautiful home with special touches!

We had an amazing stay here! The host was very clear, quick to communicate and gave great instructions for check in/check out. The home was clean and comfortable (temp) when we arrived. The home is also decorated beautifully and has more than enough space to relax and get comfortable. They had everything we needed such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, laundry detergent, kitchen supplies, dishes, pans, wine glasses, board games, blankets, etc. The list could go on! The game room was much enjoyed as well as the stores kit and the outdoor fir pit. They also had a beautiful enclosed patio for the chilly mornings or evenings. The little stove was a great was to heat the space and add to the ambience. We sat here and drank our coffee on the chilly mornings. The home was a quick drive to restaurants and shops and of course Mount Rushmore! We saw several deer and enjoyed the beautiful views from the home. What a great stay and we truly can't wait to come back again! Thank you for a great vacation!
