Great Friends Ski Trip

This condo was perfect for our group. We really enjoyed the large living room. Easy to walk to all of the restaurants and skiing.

Great location to slopes

Great location to slopes, loved having a hassle-free parking garage. Very nice condo, good beds, plenty of linens and well stocked kitchen for cooking. No complaints!

Clean property close to everything in River Run

Great location

We were up in keystone for spring break skiing. The location of this property cant be beat. Super easy to get out on the mountain. The condo itself was clean and spacious. Ive now spoiled my kids staying so close to the base theyll never let me book anything else!

this place was perfect for our stay. everything was as it was represented. the location was at the front of the parking lot facing the parking lot and main entrance into the shopping areas. couldn't really ask for a better location. turn the ice maker on in freezer when you get there if you want ice :)

Home was in the greatest location. Easy to walk with kids to village for dinner/breakfast and short walk to Gondola. Spacious bedrooms and living area with great king beds. Fireplace was broken, one of the hot tubs was broken, and the laundry detergent dispenser (on both floors actually) was broken.

Snowboarding Getaway

Had 4 people get in and stay for a few days while hitting the slopes. The apartment had everything we needed to include all kitchen utensils. Parking was a breeze and the heated underground lot proved useful since a storm rolled in while we were there and the other amenities helped make the trip super enjoyable and memorable.

Loved the location of this unit. Close to elevator and right next to laundry room. However I was disappointed that the fireplace wouldn’t work. And the living room tv only had one channel, and the master bedroom tv didn’t have any channels. One of the living room remotes didn’t even have batteries. Enjoyed the location to the Gondala lift

Great spring break vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay here during spring break. Upon arrival the bathroom sink was overflowing. We called the rental office and maintenance was there quickly to fix it. The balcony was covered in a few feet of snow with no shovel so we weren’t able to sit outside even though the weather was beautiful. There was no dust pan so we could sweep but had to be creative on ways to pick it up, no cleaning supplies other than dish soap. All three televisions didn’t work other than for dvds, it would have been nice to know we needed to bring them, there are only a few on site and they are heavily scratched. Overall it was a great trip, but for the money we were a bit disappointed at the lack of working technology and sparse necessities. The grounds and location were well worth it.

The biggest draw of this unit is it is pretty big and accommodated our family of four well in terms of space. With all the VRBO fees, we payed ~$190 a night, which is a little pricey IMO. I've listed some pros and cons of this property below, in case you are considering a summer stay.Pros:-Good space-Convienient location, but not too close to the busyness of Dillon, Silverthorne, & Frisco-Indoor parking garage is nice for packing and unpacking -Access to bike/rec path for cyclists-Close to Loveland pass trailhead-Hot tubs were cleanCons:-Unit windows/Balcony faces parking lot entrance which plays classic rock from 8:30am-8:30pm. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying.-Some windows do not have screens, which property management did not fix when requested-One of the two elevators was broken during our stay which made going in and out of the building a little annoying -Everything in the resort plaza is ridiculously expensive.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I would try to find something different if I return to vacation here. There are tons of other properties in the general vacinity that I think would be a bit better value.

WE love KEYSTONE!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have not heard back from the manager regarding the heat issue in our unit. We didn't notify them until two days before we left that there was absolutely NO HEAT in our unit; that was the same day that there was NO hot water due to a problem. We have been home a week and a half and I still haven't heard anything. We love Keystone; and we hate to say anything; but the hallway was freezing; (air on and it was 30/50 outside) and the in unit heat did not work. Jason went and talked to someone in the basement about this; he called, left a message and I texted. He never received a call back and I was told the issues would be fixed by Thursday afternoon and the HOT Water was. I just hope that in the future we can receive a response back immediately. Thank you!

Time for updating and repairs

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the spaciousness of this property but it is sadly in need of some updating. It’s clear this property gets a lot of renters because of the size but things need replacing. Here is my recommendations. A couple dining chairs are very wobbly, there are only 3 low ball glasses and 3 wine glasses. Both sets of dishes are very chipped. The nonstick pans are NOT non-stick any longer. The refrigerator works but is all dented up. We contacted maintenance because we couldn’t get the FP pilot light lit. They couldn’t either so stop advertising the FP as an amenity. The dresser in the 2nd bedroom has drawers that won’t close. The end table tops are getting warped from wet glasses. Get some coasters or better yet replace with something other than wood. The two humidifiers need sanitizing. They were full of slime. The guest bath vanity has water damage. Time for some serious repairs. On a positive note, the sofa and chairs are good. But get some new sofa pillows. The current ones stink and don’t have much stuffing anymore. I’d recommend if this property had the modifications I cited.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed four nights over the Thanksgiving weekend to celebrate with friends. The condo location is great in River Run and close to everything. Unfortunately, the management for this unit was horrendous. On the evening before our stay we were notified via text that the building heat would be off. Our initial reaction was this is unfortunate, but maintenance issues happen. Then advance forward to our second day, we notify Summit County that the heat remains off as well as a new issue with no hot water on our first and second full days. Not being able to shower until your third day is both gross and completely unacceptable. We tried to start the fireplace and it was out as well. We finally got in touch with someone and they delivered one space heater. This did just enough to keep the pipes from freezing but the entire unit was absolutely freezing. We asked the maintenance person that arrived with the space heater to look at the fireplace, heat, and hot water. He said he ‘just delivers’ and we would not be getting anyone else to arrive. At this point we left numerous voice messages and texts and received no responses. Our only response was there were building wide outages to the heat and boilers and pushed the blame to the HOA (consistent with numerous other recent reviews). Upon returning home I contacted Summit County after several attempts and they informed me they would not be able to refund my stay since heat was considered an “amenity.” I understand the fireplace might be considered an amenity but I expect a roof, heat, door and other basic lodging requirements for a stay in the mountains. During our stay outside temps ranged from about 5 degrees to mid-20’s. Needless to say we froze. Summit County told me after my stay that I should have checked out and went elsewhere if I was not pleased with the accommodations. First, how would I have done that when you won’t respond and I’m past my non-refundable date. Ne
