I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend!
They told me the unit was ready early and VACANT, however I would have to pay $15 plus tax per hour for an early check in. They would rather abide but a rigid policy, than provide excellent customer service that could start someone's stay on an exceptional note. Letting someone into an empty unit affects noone negatively. That I could move on from but the problems continued. The unit literally felt liek 105 degrees when I walked in- they don't have AC and just advised me to "open up the windows." Like, you can't leave fans on? Small things like that make a HUGE difference.
As you can see by the photos- a lot was in the unit was in poor condition. Pillows covered in feathers, worn down, the tilt wand was broken on one of the blinds, one of the fans was missing the knob to adjust the speed. NEITHER tv worked. I asked for assistance as neither the Dish guide, local channels, apps, NONE worked. They told me it was MY responsibility to contact the HOA to fix it! Why would I, the paying customer, be in charge of handling your tech issues? I have never heard of a HOA being responsible for a unit's television?! Absolutely insane. Overall, very outdated decor and looks run down.
The sofa bed was out of order!!!! Have more than 2 people that don't mind sharing a bed? You're completely out of luck. They gave no heads up. Just a sign taped to the table next to the couch. Overall, very poor experience.
