A little slice of heavan
We ventured to Fraser Island as a group of 2 families with a total of 5 adults and 4 children, and the house easily and comfortably accomadated us all. The house was located in a secluded area in the resort which we liked, with plenty of widelife around. We were greeted each morning by a couple of Kookaburras and a goanna made an appearance every now and then. The house itself looked as beutiful as it does in the photographs, with spacious rooms, a great kitchen and huge veranda. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute we spent at the house. Even though the majority of the day was spent exploring the beutiful island it was nice to come home to a relaxing environment where we could spend quality family time, cook up a storm (including the fresh fish we caught daily at the jetty), and a have warm shower or soak in the huge bath. Another bonus was having the washing machine and dyer there to throw on a load of washing or two when required. I also wanted to say thank you to Jan who always responded to my messages swiftly, I was particularly impressed with her offer of an eariler check in and her agreeance to a later check out, you don't find that too often these days. Thankyou Kokomo and Jan for a glorious 8 nights and for the ever lasting memories of a fabulous holiday. We sat on the deck numerous times discussing how wonderful it would be to own a beautiful house like this in such a beautiful location. It sucks being back to reality and already miss our little slice of heaven.

Relaxing Stay
My husband and our friends had a great time, we were able to check in early to align with our barge which was super helpful and the house was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. the outdoor shower was a nice touch and was used by all. Looking forward to taking some friends here again

Great house & close the the resort by car
Kokomo was lovely for us! Loved coming back to the house to relax after exploring the island. Highlights: - Lake Mackenzie day 1 - Eli Creek day 2 - Champagne Pools day 3. We cooked at the house after drinks at the sunset bar each evening - 2 min drive away. We hired a 4wd before heading over, picked up a boot load of groceries & wine at Urangan and arrived at Fraser to a 2 minute drive off the barge to the house. Look forward to coming back!! Perfect family holiday

Wonderful stay
It is a great house with a wonderful large deck where you can enjoy the outdoors of the bush surrounding. The pool table was a bonus for our bunch of teens and kept them entertained for hours. Kokomo is an excellent base to explore K'gari.

Beautiful house and spot to stay!
Kokomo is in a nice, quiet spot and is an open, airy and modern home. It easily slept and catered for our two families and looked exactly as advertised. It was a perfect base for us to explore all that Fraser Island has to offer. The only disappointing thing is that we didn't stay longer! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Awesome house
Really loved our stay at Kokomo, our young adult children and teens loved the pool table. The location was great so quiet and seperate from the main part of Kingfisher, but close enough to enjoy the facilities of the resort. It was a perfect house for our almost grown up family of 4 kiddos and one of their partners. We would definitely stay again.

KOKOMO’s First Wedding
We were looking for a private venue for our intimate K’gari wedding with our closest loved ones and KOKOMO was an absolute dream! The advertised pictures of the house are exactly how the house is. Modern & spacious with a stunning private bush backdrop. The back door was great access to unpack/pack cars and easily accessible for elderly with only two steps. The open plan living/kitchen and particularly the huge deck, was the perfect size for ~30 adults to gather with ease, very comfortably. The lovely owner Jan was easily contactable and accomodating. We are thrilled to be the first to marry on KOKOMO deck! The love shared on the deck is unrivalled and the memories made at KOKOMO will be forever cherished 💕

Great place to stay!
Kokomo is a great property to stay at, it has all amenities available as soon as you arrive, the bathrooms and bedrooms are very spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals! The entertaining sound system was also easy to connect to so we could chill on the balcony and enjoy music throughout the house.

A lovely escape
A beautiful big house which is very accommodating for all ages. Lots of games, toys, pool toys, spare blankets and kitchen basics. You really only need to bring the bare minimum as they have everything you need. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Great house and location. It had everything we needed and pool table was an awesome extra.
Very easy to deal with and organise from start to finish. Great house with plenty of space, great size entertaining deck and very secluded which was great. Would highly recommend this house for anyone to stay in. We will definitely be coming back again.

Xmas holiday
We had a great COVID free Christmas holiday in this lovely modern house. The bush outlook and the deck was superb for socialising and with an enormous table with room for all 9 of us. Supplies were excellent, good kitchen and large fridge, plenty of implements, and minor problems were fixed promptly by the friendly owner. Highly recommended!

Jan has such a beautiful and very comfortable home The beds are so comfortable we fell asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillow. The house itself is such a great design With all the latest stuff tv with Netflix in every room, Modern kitchen with a great out door deck with a big outdoor table and chairs to fit everyone in A great size BBQ for those summer sunsets on the deck And a pool table to hit the balls around with your family and Friends We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here again When we go back to Frasier island Thank you again Jan For letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Perfect Fraser Getaway
We had a great stay at Kokomo and highly recommend this Airbnb. Very tidy and lovely house equipped with everything you need. A comfy bed and nice bathroom. Mainly enjoyed the morning sun and having our meals on the deck. Jan is a great host and there when you need her :)

Fabulous home
Everything was great 😊 The check in was easy, it was beautifully presented and in fact even better than the photos! Such a great home for a group like ours with plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor deck was amazing and where we tended to congregate and enjoy our down time. Would highly recommend!

AMAZING!!!
The Kokomo is an amazing house and Jan was so lovely to deal with which made the whole process so easy. The Kokomo is a stunning house, it is close enough to the Resort and all of its facilities, but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Fraser. Travelling with children we also appreciated the safety of the dingo safety fence surrounding both the Resort & Kokomo. We had an awesome time and we would highly recommend staying at Kokomo.

Amazing Property
Kokomo at Kingfisher Bay was amazing. It is close enough to Kingfisher Bay Resort where you can utilise all its attractions, the jetty and the beach, but far enough away that you feel that you are on your own secluded holiday. We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids and found the house perfect. The check in process was easy, Jan was great to communicate with and we had no troubles whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Kokomo for a family holiday, and would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you Jan.

Wonderful get away
Jan's communication was 2nd to none. So informative, and nothing was too much of a hassle when we asked lots of questions, and even got lost. House was really a home, and we felt lucky we could experience it. Perfect for 2 families (both 2 boys ages 11,12,13 &14). The pool table provided hours of entertainment when we weren't or exploring.
