"El servicio es en general muy bueno, empezando por el tema incluído desde el hotel de Hanoi. El barco y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. La comida fue variada y de buena calidad. El programa de actividades es un poco básico y no incluyo un paseo en kajak que hicieron otros barcos. La visita a la gruta es inolvidable, pero las clases de cocina y Tai chi, son muy simples y cortas. En general lo recomiendo por su calidad. "Booked a 2 days/1 night cruise with Orchid Classic. Above all a big shout out to the staff. They do go a long way to give you the best experience. In particular, Hoa was looking after us and she has delivered a fantastic service. The boat is a little tired but very comfy and has all the required amenities including a jacuzzi and some kayaks. Ha Long bay has disappointed as the water is quite dirty. There are far too many boats, not providing any privacy on the boat. The activities included...
