"First of all, location is excellent. we wanted to experience the atmosphere on and around Khao San, and this hotel is located right where needed- with great river views, proximity to restaurants and bars, as well as the pier for memorable boat rides. Staff were very helpful, and the whole stay went smoothly and with great satisfaction."

A memorable highlight was seeing local kindergarten kids using the hotel pool (kid’s pool) with their teachers ( morning period) — it added such a sweet and joyful touch. "Upfront, this is not 5 star hotel quality accomodation, it is closer to hostel accomodations, being a tied up dive boat. The cabin are big enough for a full size bed, and suitable for two people to do whatever you want to do in a bed. The river quiets down at night and there is no problem at all with sleeping, either for noise or for water movement. The great thing about this accomodation is location. It makes all the sites along the river easily accessible by one form or another of water...

"At Yaya is a great value hotel that is conveniently located next to the Lak Song MRT station. I stayed here for over a week and had no issues with staying here. The only things were minor such as lacking a hot water kettle and a microwave (which I consider extras). It is very close to a modern Shopping Mall and getting a taxi was not a problem (most of the time). The location is in an alley which makes it quiet, but made navigation for taxis an issue a couple of times. There is a parking lot...
