Nice hotel. Would recommend
Everything worked and was clean and new. The only thing i feel maybe they could improve is the breakfast - quite few choices available especially for vegetarians.

e hotel. Lovely restaurant
Lovely hotel. Tricky to find and not too much around. Restaurant is excellent and very reasonable prices. The duck breast with spaghetti was lovely.

Lovely and modern hotel!
Loved this resort / hotel. It's very new and modern and definitely felt like a resort / holiday! My only gripe is that the pool is way too cold to be dipping in. At night, it was like freezing waters even though the air temperature was mid 20s.

Staff was awesome and spoke English well. Overall it was ok for the price. Could have used some washcloths in the room and a little cleaner in the room but, not too bad. The pool was nice. Close to markets and some shopping but, you should probably take a vehicle. We walked and although not far, it was across several busy roads. I would definitely stay there again.

The service was good but the cleaniness seems not the priority for this hotel. The bedsheet was dirty with lots of strains, and there was one dead cockroach at the balcony.

Lovely property with a diversity of rooms. Particularly enjoyed the garden room with private patio. Tai and Fah at the reception desk were both exceptionally helpful and caring.

The hotel is quite new. Clean room comfortable bed. For me the location is very near to Mitraphap road ( Main road in Kon Kaen) I can drive around very easily. For my business trip it's only 10 mins drive to KICE.

Nice hotel, nice room, boring location. Noisy corridor and could hear everything next door. The “garden” in the garden rooms is a balcony.

Though hotel location is not on the main road, we can reach the destination promptly via GPS. Staffs were pleasant greeting and quick checkin. Resort is very clean and newly decorated. The only weak point is shower room is not clearly separated from toilet so water splitted out and caused slippery floor which to be watched out for senior people.

I was so pleased with hotel staff and the cleanliness of the room I stayed. In fact, everything exceeded my expectations. The food is delicious but very limited option. The room is very ckean and comfy. 2 things I found not perfect enuf is location that quite far fr city (but dont worry we hv grab) and bakery in cafe is none. They serve only drinks.

On I arrival, the girl was remiss and unhelpful for misunderstanding the hotel's rule( about early check-in rule). Moreover, my experience went from bad to worse when I try to talk with "HR or Senior" there is no feed back or respond from anyone there. lastly, is this really the standard of service I should expect to receive from a "4 star" hotel?

The hotel is in the center that you can walk and take a public transportation. The hotel and room are clean and well decor. The pool is small, but it’s not a big deal.

This new hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast did not have the choice of others but was of a good quality as was the restaurant. The room was a little small despite the fact I booked a larger one, however, I do not travel light so that added to it. The only down side is the location and a car is needed but there are a few street food stalls and a 7-11 within walking distance

Yok is great
Yok made our stay very enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble for him. My sister celebrated a birthday at the hotel and he arranged an ice cream cake and a lovey rendition of 'Happy Birthday'

Brand new hotel
This hotel has not fully completed renovations but expect everything to be done in approx. 2 months time. There wasn't any construction noise so do not worry about not being able to enjoy a quiet stay. Staff were all extremely helpful. I would like to thank the security guard for helping me with my bags; Jem, Tom and the rest of the team for the wonderful service! They took the time and effort to get me a late night meal delivered to my room upon arrival as i told them i just completed a 5 hour drive from bangkok to khonkaen. Hospitality doesn't get any better than that! Suite rooms weren't available yet so i chose the Garden room. Everything was nice and new but the floor had this slick glue-like residue. I think it could be from the construction materials seeing as this hotel is extremely new, i suggest using a strong soap or glue residue remover to try and clean it. There were no other issues whatsoever. I requested breakfast to be sent to my room in the morning and i got a little hand written card by one of the staff apologising about the floor issue (i told the front desk about it on the 2nd day of my stay). It was a nice gesture which added a genuine touch of care and concern for the guests. Overall, i highly recommend staying at this hotel!! I will be coming back here again next time for sure!
