This hotel was excellent value for money. It is located in a vibrant area with lots of young students. There are a variety of eating options within easy walking distance including a large indoor food markets and higher end (but reasonably priced) options. A good laundry is also very close to the property. Staff at the hotel were highly responsive and friendly. The English speaking manager was particularly helpful and her manner transmitted to other staff members.

The Charm Hotel is an oasis in Khon Kaen. A lovely building set in it’s gardens, quiet and serene. I had four nights at Charm and enjoyed my stay. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and had a good view of Khon Kaen. There are many restaurants and shops close by and Central Plaza is a cheap taxi fare. A great hotel.

Good hotel

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly. The view from the balcony was nice. Landscaped beautifully. Breakfast was fine and the food from the restaurant was very good. If the hotel management reads this, I would suggest they need to add a couple of electrical outlets. Preferably by the bed. There already is power in the night stands and wouldn't take much to add an outlet at each one. Otherwise the only other two outlets are one behind the refrigerator and the other at the desk. I would stay here again.

It had a pleasant garden surrounding the property with a lake around it. The hotel itself was well clean and very well maintained. Rooms were cosy and comfortable with good facilities and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Bra hotell med några minus.

Bra hotell, men ligger ganska långt från platsen runt Pullman där det mesta verkar hända. Klockan 5 på morgonen började tuppar utanför hotellet att gala vilket var störande. Jag som vaknar mycket tidigt frågade om en kopp kaffe klockan 04.00 på morgonen, men det gick inte att ordna förens frukosten kl 06.30. Kaffe borde så klart gå att få dygnet runt, och då menar jag inte frystorkat snabbkaffe utan färskt bryggkaffe. I övrigt bra hotell.

Beatiful garden and tidy room with style have made me choose this hotel for the second time and will make me stay for next times. Overall services are superb if only the noise of the aircon is quite loud. I was staying in room 312.

コンセントが十分あるので，充電等に便利です。 ただ，湯沸かし器はありませんので，自分でお茶を入れる方には不便かもしれません。 シャワーはやや水圧が弱いのですが，問題ありません。気になるのは，個人旅行の場合，周辺に一人で入ることのできるお店が少ないことです。団体の場合は，周辺に焼肉やしゃぶしゃぶ店が多くあります。朝食は５品程度のビュッフェ形式ですが，十分満足できます。

Very nice hotel. Qiet and clean.

I love the fish pool and pond. They keep everything so nice. The breakfast is very good with many things to eat. There are some Thai dishes, and some western staples like toast and eggs. I've stayed here many times and I really like it.
