"Well located and friendly people."

"It was an ok hotel with excellent staff. At check in the receptionist was very friendly! But everything else was "meh". Bedding was terrible, walls paper thin. We could hear our neighbours showering, could literally everything being said on the hallway. And please if breakfast is not included don't pay the ridic amount of $35 which is absurd for the amount and quality of the breakfast."

"The rooms were clean and large. The reception and cleaning staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast had so many delicious options. Its location and access to the beach front is absolutely incredible. Thank you Novotel. We will stay with you again. "

"Good spot by the lake, but the huts were old and needing a lot of work. The beds were clean, but the rest of the place wasn’t the greatest."

"Clean room and the shared bathroom is cleaned as well. Comes with big TV, a fridge and a few drinks and tea bags so really can't complain. Very nice stay, will come again next time"

"The room was quite basic, I wouldn't say it looks exactly like the photos, a bit old and dated. A few lights in the room didn't work but overall it was comfy and spacious. We didn't get a free bottle of wine which was an advertised perk to book this room. Very pricey for the room but it was apparently a busy weekend."
