  • This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Sparrow Pond Cottage is destined to be your new favorite beach cottage on Kiawah. Purchased in 2017, we look forward to sharing our Kiawah home with you. Since we purchased the cottage all 3 bathrooms have been renovated, new floors installed and the cottage interior repainted along with other updates. Free wifi.

    All Sparrow Pond Cottages are stand alone cottages located in West Beach Village, and perfectly situation in close proximity of many of Kiawah’s most treasured sights and activities.
