Steps from the beach
Very comfortable first floor one bedroom with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us on anniversary weekend. Step out the back door across the lawn to the boardwalk to the beach. Contactless checkin and checkout. Owner very good at providing needed information.

Wonderful!
This is a great spot! Just a few steps out from the back door is the boardwalk to the beach. Condo is very clean and well maintained, peaceful inside and out, including lovely furnishings/decor, and a fully equipped kitchen. Eva is very responsive to questions and a great host! The exterior and surrounding area are well maintained. Thank you Eva!

Love this place, but...
Location is great, villa is great, host is great, beach is great, walk to beach is great, check-in/out great, priced reasonably, BUT the bed is by far the worse bed I have ever slept on. Its like a giant marshmallow with an egg crate to make it soft. For this reason we'll probably try a different location on Kiawah for our next visit.

Thank you for your feedback. The mattress topper is by Posture Pedic . We spared no expense on the bedding. You are the first guest that has not slept well! We don’t want to get out of bed when we stay. Lol! Our best, Eva & David

Great rental on Kiawah Island
We had a great stay. The pictures truly don't do the unit justice. The unit has a lot of updates and is comfortable and well laid out. It was nice to be so convenient to the beach. Eva was very responsive to questions we had throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location
We spent 4 nights at this lovely place on Kiawah Island near Charleston SC. The host was helpful and attentive and we really enjoyed the entertainment center when not outside enjoying the beach. We used the location for visits to Charleston as well as base for walking and biking on the beach.

3 out of 4 isn’t bad
Got there and AC was not working…after texting with owner and HVAC company it was fixed the next day. No sleep the first night…way too hot. Once AC was fixed the rest of the start was pleasant!

Wonderful eight night stay
We had another relaxing vacation at Kiawah Island. The villa has an excellent floor plan and is very clean and beautifully furnished. We loved the first floor location that was just steps to the boardwalk. A short one minute walk and you’re on the beach! We highly recommend this villa and look forward to another wonderful stay next year! Eva was very responsive to answer any questions that we had.

Fantastic Experience
The condo was beautiful, clean, well appointed, & quiet. The location to beach (steps!) was perfect. Freshfields close by for dinner. Great location for vacation or attending PGA. Eva was wonderful to work with. Enjoyed every moment of our stay!

Excellent Accommodations in a Perfect Location
We had a great four night stay allowing us to enjoy everything that Kiawah has to offer. The property could not be any closer to the beach. We rented bikes and explored the island all out our front door. The condo is very clean, nicely updated and extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again

We stayed the first two days of March 2021. It was our second stay at this property. As before, the property was spotless, well-equipped and conveniently located. This place is perfect for a romantic getaway for two. Although you cannot see the ocean you can hear it and you can be there in 50 or so steps. The owner is wonderfully helpful. We will definitely return to this property in the near future

A perfect place to relax and reconnect.
This beautiful condo has it all. The ideal location with the gorgeous palm garden and steps from the beach walkway. Wonderfully designed and decorated with the best in furnishings and appointments. And Eva was the perfect host...especially when it came to helping us locate fresh-caught shrimp. No doubt that we'll return.

The property is very well maintained and has a well-stocked kitchen, which was very helpful as we cooked all meals on the property. The rooms are comfortably furnished and are very clean. The boardwalk leading to the beach is about 20 yards from the back door/patio. Being on the ground floor was very convenient as we kept all of our beach gear on the back patio to ensure the apartment stayed clean. The property also included various beach items - boogie board and chairs, which was very helpful.

Rested, relaxed and renewed - and ready to go back!
We were looking for a quiet, peaceful escape to recharge our batteries, and this was the perfect place! It was a short walk from parking to the door of the main-level unit and out to the beach - great for my husband's recent knee replacement. The condo is updated, spotlessly clean, and obviously well cared for, with so much attention to detail. The bed was sooo cozy and comfortable. Though we didn't cook too much, the kitchen had a great supply of everything you could need - all of it in great condition. We appreciated that there was plenty of storage to tuck away the things we brought so things were tidy while we were there. We visited just as things were starting to open up from the quarantine, so we really appreciated the prepared foods from nearby Freshfields and some restaurants that offered take-out. This location within Kiawah was ideal for us. We were at West Beach where a large section of the shoreline had no buildings nearby so you could set your chair up in peace and quiet. I saw deer in the dunes while walking over the boardwalk with my cup of tea in the mornings to watch the sunrise on the Atlantic. And it was a short, convenient drive to Freshfields for supplies or some shopping. This was a last-minute trip, and Eva was just great to work through the details with VRBO with us. We've vacationed through VRBO and other rental companies dozens of times, and this was one of the best!

This condo is ideally located on Kiawah for access to anything and everything you might want to do while visiting the island. The villa is lovely - very nicely equipped and comfortable - and best of all - it's right on the beach. The sand and surf is just out of the back door and short boardwalk away. This is our second stay in this unit and we are looking forward to returning. The owner is super friendly and communications was smooth and easy. A++

Beautiful spot, a must for those who need to relax.
Even though things have been somewhat different in our world right now with COVID, we were still able to feel comfortable going on our mini break because of the wonderful way Eva and David communicated information with us. The villa itself was very clean, perfect for the two of us and just steps to the beach. We enjoyed taking walks on the beach and also trails that are all around Kiawah Island. Even though restaurants were only doing pick up the food was good and served with a small. Bonuses: right on the beach, super clean, comfortable villa. Great communication with owners. If you are a golfer or you just want to see alligators in their habitat this is the spot to be. To dos: when we return next year all going well, the spa, the pools, explore more of the island. Thank you it was fun!!

A great condo at the beach on Kiawah Island, SC
This is a lovely oceanside condo on Kiawah Island, an upscale gated resort with excellent golfing and several quality restaurants. The unit is a 1 BR, 1B unit with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable appointments. The unit is at the beach, but being on the first floor, the view of the ocean is blocked by abundant vegetation. Its a very short walk down to an excellent and wide beach, which is fairly private and not "all built up" (there's not a high-rise condo building in sight!) All in all, we loved our stay here, and especially enjoyed the access to all the things to do in Charleston, which is about 45 minutes away (with a spectacular drive through an old-style oak-lined road). Go see the City Market and the Charles Towne Landing, as well as the Ravenell bridge.

Great location and beautiful villa!
My wife and I loved our stay here. The location of the villa could not be better! We were just a few steps to the beach, a short drive to the Sanctuary Hotel where the restaurants were all amazing, and within a short drive of everything the island has to offer.
