Great location- loved watching the wildlife from the porch while enjoying coffee and later at sunset with some wine! Spacious property and close walk to the beach. We will be back!

Great Stay

This unit was very cozy and clean. We had everything we needed and more. Sara and Steven left a welcome note, bottle of wine and key lime cookies for us which was very thoughtful and an extra special surprise. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do

Best Villa rental in 30 years!

We enjoyed every moment of our two weeks at Let’s Do Sunset! We’ve been vacationing on Kiawah since 1995 and your villa was truly the best. From the comfortable furniture, cleanliness to the best lagoon view ever, we loved our time there. Quiet, nice walk to beach and close to the Sanctuary.

Wonderful Stay

This was the perfect place for our family to spend a long weekend on Kiawah. We’ve been coming to Kiawah for over 25 years and this was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The lagoon view was fantastic especially during a couple early morning rains. We really appreciated the obvious care that’s been shown to keeping the place clean and modern. We can’t wait to stay again.

Relaxing vacation

Loved the serene atmosphere overlooking the water. The villa was very clean and well equipped especially in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable and little details made it very pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving week.

Lovely stay

The location, layout and decor were excellent. My family enjoyed hanging out on the screened-in porch and walking on the beach. There were a few small details that could’ve been improved (front door lock was hard to use, limited toilet paper, etc), but overall, would recommend the unit.

Wonderful Relaxing Long Weekend

We had the most incredible time - loved the location, easy walk to the beach, quiet and peaceful building. We loved watching the wildlife from deer to alligators, lizards and frogs. Everything went smoothly and it was a wonderful family vacation. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us!

Beautiful pet friendly condo

This condo is conveniently located on Kiawah Island, and tastefully decorated with a fabulous view of the lagoon. It was very clean, all the kitchenware was updated and the knives were sharp! Super comfortable - we will definitely choose this condo again!

My husband, dog and I spent a week at Let’s Do Sunset for our second trip to Kiawah and would love to stay there again. The condo is super comfortable, and we loved sitting on the screened in porch and watching gators, deer, and egrets. The bed was great and the kitchen is very well stocked. Location was great - short walk to the hotel, beach, Tomaso, and central to the island. iTrip was really easy to work with. Recommend and hope to come back soon!

Relaxing Trip

We and our pup enjoyed the most relaxing stay at Let’s Do Sunset. The villa is clean, comfortably appointed, very conveniently located close to the beach and the Sanctuary (we walked to our dinners at the Sanctuary!). Our favorite part of the villa was its large balcony with views of the pond where you could enjoy the morning coffee and observe wildlife: alligators, turtles, and various birds. We will definitely be back!

This property was exactly as advertised! We needed a dog friendly place and the dog gives it a 5 star rating as well! Love the close walk to tennis facility and beach and very quiet at night. Amenities were fine...brought extra towels and paper products just in case. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Great location - Lots of nature, beach walks and bike rides

We loved our visit. It was easy to get to the beach and enjoy walks. We were able to walk over to the Sanctuary and have lunch. There’s an art gallery there too, which was also nice to visit. We were able to ride bikes everywhere. The Neighborhood has great trails and very well kept. When we arrived, there was a nice welcome gift for us, which was just an extra nice touch to start a wonderful week. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to stay again next time we visit.

Cozy Condo

My wife and I vacation on Kiawah Island frequently and stay in the tennis villas often. This condo was one of the nicer ones we have enjoyed. The location was convenient for walking to the beach and it was quiet. Really enjoyed the covered porch with an excellent lagoon view. Furniture was comfortable and well appointed. Condo was clean and maintained. We will defiantly stay here again.
