  • Welcome to a peaceful retreat tucked at the end of a quiet cul de sac—a thoughtfully crafted home owned by a professional home builder who takes pride in quality, comfort, and the little details that make a stay feel special. And yes… we absolutely love dogs, so your well behaved pup is welcome to enjoy the island with you. While this rental does not have resort pool access, we provide premium beach gear including towels, toys and beach chairs.

    This inviting West Beach home places you close to everything while still feeling wonderfully private. You’re just minutes from Night Heron Park, Freshfields Village, and the island’s beautiful beach access points, making it easy to explore, relax, and reconnect with nature.

    Inside, the home features 3 bedrooms with king beds and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Step onto the back deck and find a serene setting perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply unwinding after a day on the island. Our deck overlooks a tranquil pond, where you’re immediately surrounded by the sights and sounds of the low country with a unique and up close and personal glimpse into the amazing nature of the island. For bird lovers, this is a genuine birder’s paradise. The pond attracts a wide variety of species, warblers, buntings, anhinga, wading birds, just to name a few. Great vacation spot!

Our family had a great time at Kiawah. The house was well equipped and spacious, plenty of beach equipment and toys provided. Convenient proximity to the beach. Awesome dog friendly spot! Definitely recommend!

Perfect stay

Perfect spot for a quick getaway to Kiawah. The multiple levels allowed for plenty of space for my spouse and I, our little, and mother in law. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, chairs and beach cart were a definite plus. S the beach

Paradise

The house was absolutely perfect for a girls getaway. It was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. We also had a great welcoming committee…small alligator relaxing at the waters edge just behind the house. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We had a great family weekend. The house is in a nice location. We soent the day at the beach and evenings on the deck barbecuing. The owner was responsive and very kind.

Great layout/stocked

We go to kiawah every summer, but weren’t going to go this year due to another trip. We looked last minute for a Memorial Day weekend spot and this one is great! Split levels give great separation from kids/adults and the garage space made storage for beach trips easy. Will look to stay here again if available.

Great location, pet friendly, very roomy!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to cook amazing meals at home. This home is spacious and cozy! We were a very short drive from the beach and the neighborhood was wonderful for walks. Karen was very helpful and most responsive! It is so nice to find a lovely property you can enjoy along with your fur babe!

Nice property

This was a very nice property. Layout of the house was really nice and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked- nice dishes, glasses, appliances. Umbrellas , beach chairs, toys, towels provided which was so nice. Property manager was great and very attentive. I would recommend this property.

Property was very clean, beds were so comfortable, house has everything we would need for a group of seven people. A small alligator was hanging out in the water behind the house. Spacious house with lots of amenities

Very comfortable and spacious house with many additional amenities in the kitchen and for the beach. Quiet residential neighborhood with a short bicycle ride to the beach and park. Karen (manager of property) was very responsive to questions and house issues. Three car passes was a big plus, too. My family would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Karen

Lots of room and very clean

Loved the fact that it was so spacious and that it had a private master suite on the top floor with a large balcony with rocking chairs. Bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. Kitchen had all the conveniences of home. While we did not use the beach towels provided, it was a nice touch for them to be available, along with all the items needed if you bring your dogs. Please keep your dogs on a leash when outside because there are alligators in the pond. Karen was a pleasure in which to work, very good communication. One important note, at least for me, never saw one palmetto bug inside the house, you know those big cockroaches. That is almost unheard of at the beach. I was impressed. Don't really know how that's even possible, but it's true.

Dog Friendly Gem

We spent a week with my grown children and their two dogs. We have stayed in houses on Kiawah for over 20 years, both as part of the resort and also with third party like this one. The home has a very unique setup with three full baths, a primary and two large additional bedrooms a two separate living areas, and a big kitchen and dining area. Because of our prior stays, we brought a spices, towels, beach gear and rented bikes. It turned out that this house was so well appointed, that we found we could have visited without bring our extra supplies. Prior to arriving, the owner, Karen, worked for over 30 minutes to provide me with documents to speed our checkin, completely worth it! She didn’t need to work so hard to overcome my grouchy computer, but she was an absolute joy to work with. The house is well set up for dogs with furniture covers, bowls, some toys. And a lot of beach toys. Our pups loved their time in the house and especially the deck watching the pond behind the house. This is by far the best vacation home we have visited.

This is our second year staying in this home. It is very well appointed and comfortable for our family of 3 couples and 1 dog. Kitchen has virtually everything you need while on vacation and beach “extras” are in abundance-from chairs and towels, to coolers. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Favorite Kiawah Stay

We have been coming to Kiawah for the last 13 years and this has been our favorite home base! It is spacious, clean, resides in a great location (short walk or bike ride to Night Heron Park), has everything you could possibly need and more (beach chairs, grill, kitchen items), and the beds are super comfortable. The lagoon views from both porches were fantastic! The owner took great care to make sure we had all the information we needed to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
