There is great communication from the host. She is very kind and accommodating. This is my second time staying here, because I was so impressed the first time, and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. "

"The staff is rude and not honest I was starting to get such and needed help getting my laundry out of the dryer upstairs and bringing it downstairs since they don't have an elevator and I'm disabled. But to have the owner contact me and ask for a pet fee after letting the front desk know he then wanted to know why I was in need of a service dog. It wasn't until after I said something about his not having the right to ask did he stop harassing me and with the laundry I was told I would need to call someone to come get the laundry upstairs. I was so offended ded and shocked but won't stay there again! "
