ein schönes Tagungshotel, nette Angestellte. Die Zimmer wurden gerade renoviert, wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer - alles super, nur es fehlte für die zweite Person eine Ablagemöglichkeit, ein Stuhl oder ein kleines Tischchen. Frühstück - Büffet, normal aber gut. Alles sauber, ruhig obwohl für eine Nebenstrasse nachts ziemlich viel los war.

Das Frühstückspersonal war herausragend, immer beständig alles sauber zu halten und nachzufüllen. Betten waren gut rutschten aber sehr auseinander. Unsere Behälter für Duschgel und Shampoo waren schon bei Ankunft leer. Ansonsten sehr großes Hotel eher für Geschäftliche Reisende, nur sollte da die W-LAN Verbindung besser sein. Wir hatten es für 1 Nacht als zwischen Stopp das war völlig okay

De slaapkamer was prima: ruim genoeg om comfortabel in te slapen, zonder overbodige ruimte. De badkamer was wat aan de kleine kant, maar alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. De kamer was zeer proper, wat we erg konden waarderen. ’s Avonds maakten we een wandeling rond een nabijgelegen vijver – een mooie, natuurlijke omgeving waar het heerlijk rustig was en je volop kon genieten van de geluiden van de natuur. De parking is dichtbij en zowel het in- als uitchecken verliep vlot. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar zeker voldoende en van goede kwaliteit. Er waren helaas geen croissantjes, maar er was wel lactosevrije melk aanwezig, wat een pluspunt is.

Die Lage des Hotel war für mich äußerst praktisch. Das Zimmer gut ausgestattet, ich würde meinen komplett saniert und neu. Sehr freundliches Personal, Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt. Das hat man kaum noch!

Zimmer war zur Hauptstrasse ! Schlafen war nur mit geschlossenem Fenster möglich ! Kein Stuhl vorhanden ! Bett war zu schmal ! Der Nachttisch war staubig ! Duschtür hat geklemmt und Warm-/Kaltwasser liess sich nicht immer auf einer Stufe einstellen ! Schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis !

Leider hat sich das Hotel diesmal nicht mit Ruhm beklettert. Ich hatte Zweibettzimmer zur Einzelbelegung und Dreibettzimmer zur Zweierbelegung gebucht um Reservebetten zu haben, falls wir mehr Personen werden. Dieses wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Dadurch musste ein weiteres Zimmer dazugebucht werden. Als Krönung wurde das schon bezahlte Zimmer erst noch gesucht und nicht gefunden. Wir bekamen dann ein anderes und dafür wurde es am nächsten Tag wiederum unter den Namen nicht gefunden. Da übernachtete dann laut Eintrag im System jemand anderes und wir bekamen dann beinahe kein Frühstück. Auch klappte es widerholt nicht mit dem Frühstück. An dem normalen Wochentag wurde dann erst im feiertagsbetrieb geöffnet. Die Mitarbeiter waren stetd freundlich, aber nur wenige hatten den Durchblick.

Hotel im Umbruch

Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel, das mit einer (für uns) guten Lage und guten Parkmöglichkeiten überzeugt hat. Dieser Aufenthalt war leider nicht schön. Bereits beim Einchecken gab es große Probleme mit dem Computersystem und es dauerte sehr lange. Die Renovierungsarbeiten im laufenden Betrieb verursachen natürlich einige Beeinträchtigungen und machen den Aufenthalt zur Zeit nicht so angenehm. Absolut inakzeptabel ist die schlechte Beleuchtung des Parkplatzes. Die Mitarbeiter tun ihr Bestes und besonders das Personal des Frühstückservices verdient eine positive Bewertung. Momentan sind wir nicht sicher, ob wir dem Hotel nach Abschluss des Betreiberwechsels noch eine weitere Chance geben werden.
