The staff were amazing, especially todos and Emmy! They always greeted me with a smile and ensured I had a great day / evening. The airport shuttle was amazing. The property had a very central location tgat allows you to walk to shops and restaurants.

The hotel was clean and staff was excellent. First night my mattress was so hard. I asked to change rooms and they let me look at several till I found a comfortable bed. The a/c wasn’t working well they repaired it with in 10 minutes. Great stay!! Breakfast buffet was good the omelet station rocked!!

The hotel is a little tired but was in a great location for me and was as I had hoped for. The room was large and clean, the staff were great, I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the airport pickup service was very efficient and much appreciated.

Very helpful and thoughtful staff. The outdoor space is very relaxing at night, the restaurant attached is very good (for local & Chinese cuisine with good prices). There are plenty of stores for shopping nearby. The genocide memorial, large market, and camp Kigali are very close. The area is quite safe although very busy in certain spots. The room is big, bed is big, and shower is good (good pressure and good temperature).

It’s in the middle of everything. The incredible staff simplified my stay. Kelly, Valens, Olive, and many more, helped me navigate around the hotel/city, and couldn’t ask more. Definitely one of the best hotels in Kigali.

I stayed at 2000 Hotel Downtown Kigali and overall everything was good. The staff were friendly and the hotel is well located. There was a small issue because they forgot to pick me up from the airport, but they recognized their mistake and refunded me. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism in handling the situation. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
