John, our host was absolutely the best! Kind, perceptive and always helpful. Admin was also incredibly responsive via email and ensured that all of our requests and inquiries were promptly addressed. "Increíble hotel en una isla de ensueño con una isla desierta en frente a 5 min en canoa. Arrecife a pie de playa donde con mis hijos pude ver tortugas,tiburones y morenas,a parte de miles de peces. La atención es maravillosa, nos gestionaron desde España vuelo en hidroavión,ya que solo es un servicio para resorts y ellos nos lo consiguieron. "The stay was horrible, and will not come back. Hotel reservation was rough, i had hard time confirming my stay, local transportation at the beginning. They can't arrange local transportation to carry luggage when we took seaplane. At our first dinner, we had to pay over $5000 dinner for 4, which was not explained prior to our arrival. Visiting entertainers and hotel management staffs seemed to stay at the same villa as other guests, and were using hotel facilities, which seemed very...
