We arrived to find significant mold and water damage to the floors in the entry and dining area, the wall along the master bedroom and the carpet in the master. There was an active water leak in the master bedroom from the AC and the carpet was constantly soaked. Property management installed 2 dehumidifiers to help reduce the mold issue, but we developed headaches from the mold. We had to keep the windows open and air moving to ventilate the condo because of the mold. There were no other accommodations available, so we made do with what we had. Based upon our interactions with property management, they were aware of the leak and damage before we arrived. It appears they attempted to mitigate the issue but not fix it before we arrived. The flooring and carpet need to be replaced because of the mold and damage. Good customer service would be to notify us prior to our arrival and find replacement accommodations. This was not the vacation we hoped for.
