1. The view from this unit is breathtaking. Located on the 4th floor of building #1 you can see the ocean and mountains from the kitchen or in the living room and enjoy the beauty of Maui from the lanai.

2. One of Maui's best beaches (Charley Young/ Kamaole 1 beach) is just across the street. Our unit is located in building 1 which is closest to the beach (note: this unit does not face South Kihei Rd.)

3. The condo is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler for your day at the beach.

4. The main bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit, a comfortable bed, ceiling fan and mirrored closet doors.

5. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs, has clean granite counter tops and the living room has a 47 inch LCD TV.

Wonderful Location

Our family of 4 loved our stay here. The loft area was perfect for our kids, complete with its own bathroom. The location of the condo was wonderful. We walked to the beach for sunset every night. We would stay here again.

Perfect location. Cute condo for the family. Easy check in. Owners very easy to work with. Could use a deep clean. Was dried blood on bathroom cabinet and hair on shower wall from last visitors. Overall I would stay there again.

Affordable stay in good location

Property was okay. It wasn’t the cleanest condo ever but we made due. The location was good and half a mile to the organic grocery store and half a mile to the food truck oasis. Property had a few pools that were good and the beach was right across the street. It wasn’t expensive so I’d say you get what you pay for but it wasn’t over the top nice.

Great stay at this property. -Very close to Charlie Young beach & walking distance to the main parts of Kihei. -The 3 pools were often empty for us to take our pick. -Having the washer and dryer in the unit was a game changer. -correspondence with the owners was very quick and they answered any questions

Dream Vacation in Maui

We stayed at this property for 8 nights with our 3 teens and one preteen. Although the condo is older, it was clean and well stocked. The location is fantastic, one of our favourite beaches just across the street. The complex is quiet and has great amenities. There were boogie boards, lawn chairs, tennis rackets etc... in the closet. The umbrella stand was there but no umbrella and a couple of the beach chairs were broken! Might be good for the owner to restock some things with newer items. The main bedroom mattress could be replaced and the lanai could use some freshening up. But overall we really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable for our family. Thank you!

Location Great

Location was great and the unit set up was good. The only issue we had was the linens in the pull out couch were filthy and the replacements were also dirty in the closet. When you arrive after 4 PM (check in time) it’s frustrating to have to do laundry. Otherwise it was good.

Great location, simple & clean environment

Had a great time staying here with two other girlfriends for 7 days. Communication was easy and fast. Thank you for such a great place and ease of checking out/in. Liked not having a key to remember to bring with us. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Two bathrooms were great for the three of us. We had rented a car but the beach was so close you really didn't need one if you stayed local your entire trip. Thanks again

Great location

Clean, great location, updated kitchen and bathroom. The owners need to come and eliminate broken and unnecessary items. The closet had way too many linings and no place to hang clothes. The bedroom needs an overhead light- I used my phone’s flashlight to locate items!

Great location. Close to beach.

Our extended family of 13 booked this place, and 3 others in the same complex. We booked 13 months ago, and are really grateful for how we were all pretty close to each others’ places, and to the beach, as well as walking distance to restaurants, Foodland and the bike rental place (Boss Frogs). Our condo stayed cool with fans and/or air conditioning, thought the main bedroom didn’t ever completely cool down, but it was bearable. There were lots of towels for home and beach, though it would be nice to have a couple more full size beach towels. We used the snorkels and chairs every day to go to Charlie’s Beach. There was a good selections of glasses, and enough cups and plates for all. The stove could be updated but it was clean. There are enough pots and bowls. We purchased a couple containers for leftovers, as there were none in the place. The beds are ok but we didn’t think there was a memory foam on the main bed, and the upstairs beds worked, but also could have a memory foam or something on them. There are lots of pillows, though a bit flat so we doubled up. Overall, the description of the place is accurate, the host is extremely responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo very much. The kitchen was well stocked and we just had to add a few things to make things even more comfortable, but it was not a big deal. We love the location. The bed was super comfortable. The bedroom stayed cool with the air conditioner in there. The upstairs had fan so that was nice. The bathrooms are very nice. We really enjoyed our stay so much. We will return.

Great stay

The place is exactly as described in the pictures. The A/C has a hard time keeping up in late July with the heat, but it managed. We made some nice meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the property. Worth what we paid for the week we spent there.

Great family time

This was the first trip with our blended family 3 adult children and 1 teen. The location was fabulous. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurant. Everyone had a wonderful time. It was a great bonus to have beach chairs and boogie boards available for our use. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Excellent location. Condo acceptable, though a bit dated. No surprises, as condo condition was true to pictures and description. Overall it was exactly as we expected and we had a very pleasant stay. We recommend it for budget minded travelers as it was a very good value.

Great time!

It was perfect for our family size, two kids and two adults. The loft upstairs with the bathroom was perfect for our boys. The only downfall was in the downstairs bedroom, it would get a little warm at night due to no AC. Also, the ceiling fan was not working in the bedroom. Overall, it was good! We enjoyed it!

Our 3rd time there

Could use some updated furniture, as nothing has changed since our stay in 2018. Unsure if the issues with cleanliness is time to clean ( as I understand sometimes people leave a complete mess for the cleaning staff who only have 4 hours max to clean the property till the next person comes in). Otherwise, the location and amenities were all there, and location is always the best!

Great Place to Stay

The condo is super convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. The condo is comfortable. And has a lot of beach equipment we used and was helpful to mot to have to buy or rent. A couple of suggestions would be to get A/C in the master bedroom because even with the 1 unit in the living room running it is still warm. Also the kitchen needs pot holders and a baking sheet. All other utensils were provided. The washer and dryer came in really handy after beach days. Overall it was a great place to stay.

We stayed Dec 21 through Jan 3. This is our 3rd stay at the Maui Vista and thoroughly enjoy this property for location. While there are a few suggestions, i.e AC needed in the master bedroom along with a deep clean of the unit, our overall experience is one that is highly recommended. Rommel is a fantastic owner that is not only accommodating but very quick in response time. We are already looking forward to our 20/21 stay. Until we meet again Kihei. XO
