We invite you to escape to our newest place in paradise. We now have something for everyone at Kamaole Sands. We also own a 1 Bdrm/2 Bath condo at Kamaole Sands, (VRBO 338814).

Completely remodeled in our 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo, which is located in building 10 on the top floor with a beautiful ocean and garden views. Very spacious 1188 Sq ft, which seems much larger. Our condo has the extra large lanai. Since we are in building 10 (the coolest of all buildings) the natural trade breeze keeps our condo much cooler than other buildings. We do have a new 3 way split AC for the living room, master bedroom and the second bedroom. We also have ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room.

The condo will sleep 5 comfortably. The master bedroom features a new king bed and new furniture, bedroom 2 has a twin & queen beds. The kitchen is fully supplied & then some for all your home cooked meals. It features all new cookware and appliance, flatware and dishes. We have replaced everything. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living room, along with a BluRay. Have a iPhone, iPod? We have a stereo for it as well. Free High Speed Internet/WiFi in the condo so you can stay connected to family, friends and work if needed. We also have a washer and dryer for any laundry you may need to do during your stay.

`The extra large lanai is a great place to sit and relax while taking in the ocean views with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We spend most of our time on the lanai. We have all the beach gear you will need and then some when you head to the beach. Cooler on wheels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas and toys for the little ones. To get everything to the beach we even have a fold up wagon for you to use. This wagon is also great for hauling groceries up to the condo. For families with a little one, we also have a Pak n Play.

The Kamaole Sands complex offers 15 acres of lush landscaping, fountains, ponds, tropical flowers and birds. There are 5 barbecue pavilions with Webber Gas Grills and picnic tables located throughout the complex. The large pool, kiddie pool and 2 Jacuzzi’s with adjacent refreshment area, along with ping pong and foosball tables makes it very family friendly. There is also an air conditioned exercise room. Also, don't forget the 4, very well maintained tennis & pickle ball courts. You can even sign up if your looking for a tennis partner. The front desk can also arrange child care. If you need to stay connected and you left your lap top at home, not to worry, there are computers for your use in the lobby.

There is a on site concierge by the pool that can provide you will information on things to do and places to see. On Wednesday evening, join other guests for the Hula Party by the pool. With Hawaiian music and hula dances, it will put you in the Hawaiian spirit.

Just a short walk away is Kihei Village, where you will find shopping and the many different restaurants. Also, don't forget the wonderful shopping at 'The Shops at Wailea', just 5 minutes away. For the golfers, the golfing at Wailea's Gold, Emerald and Blue courses offer great golfing and fantastic ocean views.

Kamaole Sands offers many on-site activities, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Located right across from Kamaole Beach III with it's sandy beach and clean clear water, makes snorkeling, swimming and sun bathing ideal. Enjoy the evening walks on the beach to witness the most amazing sunsets.

Wonderful Experience

The condo was really nice and comfortable. It had a large sized lanai with a beautiful view of the grounds and ocean. Very close to several beaches, restaurants and shops. Wonderful!

A very beautifully renovated property

This is a beautiful and well renovated property, with lots of space, comfortable beds, AC in every room, everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Very short walk to the beach. Every room is made with taste and makes you feel like home. TV in every room, stunning clean showers.

Beautiful and Great Location

We stayed in Maui for a family wedding and loved this property. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the deck and loved that we could walk across the street to play at the beach or watch the beautiful sunset. The hosts were the best and we plan to return, it was a great vacation.

Beautiful resort and nice condo. The view is amazing of the beach right across the street. The pool is also nice. Only challenging part was finding the main building to check in. I would definitely stay again in this place.

Amazing Property!

This condo we absolutely perfect for our family! We loved the large lanai and fully stocked kitchen. The beds were super comfortable and both bathrooms have spacious showers. The grounds are beautiful with multiple BBQ areas and a gorgeous pool. I highly recommend this unit and renting from Clarke and Bridgette.

Perfect for our family of grandparents, parents and children or just anybody. Well stocked with everything we need for condo and beach. Location is perfect just absolutely wonderful ❤️. Quiet and able to get a few fallen mangoes too. Can’t say enough great things about it.

I was amazed at the cleanliness of the room, and linens. The place was really nice overall. I thought it was extremely nice of the note that was left said if we had to buy anything they would reimburse. So kind. We bought sunscreen and coffee which I would not expect to be reimbursed for. But thank you. I would stay there again.

Aloha Paradise

Overall our stay was wonderful. The condo is very well stocked and comfortable for 6 people. Being right across the street from the beach was nice and the wagon and toys/chairs provided were great to have use of. However, we did have a problem with the fold away bed in the livingroom and was given a blow up mattress - I didn't feel this is a suitable subsititute for 2 weeks but better than no bed at all. Then the washing machine stopped working and could not be repaired during our stay so that was unfortunate. The kids used the pool and hottub area and really enjoyed it. The fountains on the property are lovely to look at but annoying loud while on the lanai. Overall I would recommend this condo and complex for a family holiday.

Fabulous Everything!

The condo was wonderful. Very clean, updated, beautifully decorated, and extremely well stocked/supplied with everyday items needed in Maui. We enjoyed the view from large lanai and were able to eat our meals there. The split AC units made sleeping very comfortable. Our only concern was the spiral staircase leading to the master bedroom and bathroom. We are all grandparents and felt the condo would not be suitable for children under 5, or adults will any kind of mobility issues. Great location! We enjoy walking, and were walking distance to all our favorite shops and restaurants. We never had to drive when we wanted to eat dinner out. We did feel that the pool was too cold and the spa was too warm for our liking, but that is a personal opinion. Overall, an excellent condo and property.

Maui Revisit

Visiting Maui after the devastation in Lahaina was a tough decision. We’d been planning for 10 months for a family vacation but didn’t want to seem insensitive to locals by visiting. After exchanges with our host it confirmed our decision to visit and see how we could not only experience the beauty and spirit of this beautiful place but also help with economic support and witness the resilience of genuinely hopeful people. The condo was in a convenient location in Kihei. It suited our family of five well. A bit cramped in the downstairs bedroom for two adults and a child with two weeks of stuff but overall a spacious unit. Kitchen was good. Plenty of pots and pans and some spices. We had a fuse issue with the coffee pot but could just reset the breaker. While the overall condo was clean we felt like it’s used a lot so it’s missing that deep clean that would make it a spectacular place. Pool area was fantastic. Beach access fantastic. Sunsets fantastic. And time with family, priceless.

The perfect place

We loved the size and layout of the condo and especially loved the view from the lanai. The fact that the condo was directly across from K3 was wonderful. We all were thrilled with our stay here!
