Absolutely an amazing place. Very nice, clean, comfortable. We stayed in B104 and it is a perfect spot to get in and out. Definitely come back again.

The place was super nice and seemed pretty modern. There was a big tv mounted on the wall and the living room was nice to relax in, the kitchen and bathroom were clean too. There was a little patio as well and they had beach chairs/umbrellas you could take. They had a pool, hot tub, and sauna which were all really great too!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was very convenient, and the location was great. We especially appreciated how comfortable and well maintained the condo was. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment. Very updated and very clean. 4th floor was a long way up carring multiple heavy bags so just be prepared for a workout. Wish parking was a little closer but one of the nicest places I've stayed on Maui for sure.

The condos are in good condition given the fact that they’re dated, the pool area is nice and very calm perfect for families. It’s near the beach, stores, shops, and restaurants which makes driving easier. Parking is included which is also a big advantage. I would definitely recommend and come back to stay here again.

This property has a good location very close to the beach in Kihei. The landscaping, pool area and pickleball court are all very nice. It's very well maintained. Parking is adequate. The unit we were in could use a little updating, but was comfortable and pretty well equipped. We would stay there again

Ali'i Kai is just a short walk to my favorite cafe on Maui: That's a Wrap...and then from there just a short walk to one of the most beautiful, walkable beaches in Kihei. I used to live in an Ali'i Kai condo, so this was like coming home. Incredible, all-around!

We enjoy our stay at this 1 bd apartment. The location is nice, beach is 10 -15 min walk. Restaurants and stores are nearby. However, I am going to give them 4 stars out of 5. The laundry machine is a bit old. The storage containers need to be replaced. They had really small containers without lid and a couple of lids without containers itself. We had trouble getting to the house at the first time and the instructions were incomplete. We arrived late night and were tired after long flight. It took us some time to find the right building and the apartment in the complex. We had to email them and ask how to open the door. They called us and helped with the instructions how to get into the apartment. In the apartment we found the booklet with the instructions, but again, they said that all the garbage needs to be emptied, but they didn't provide the information where the trash bins are located. The complex was big, and there wasn't any map.

Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there. Keurig needs descaling. Single AC unit in living room is noisy and leaking on the patio. Bed was noisy and not especially comfortable and pillows were tired and need replacing. Receiving a map before check in would have helped with parking; we had to schlep a bunch of stuff down the hill while trying to locate our place. More parking in lower lot would have been helpful, but doesn't look like room to expand. We stayed for a week and the place felt like home. We enjoyed our stay here.

We spent a week at this Maui condo and absolutely loved our stay. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. It felt like our own little slice of paradise. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to enjoy breakfast and the occasional dinner in. We especially appreciated the beach gear—chairs, towels, cooler, and beach toys—which made our beach days effortless. The bed was super comfortable, and the AC kept us cool on warmer nights. One of our favorite parts was the lanai. We spent every morning out there with coffee and every evening winding down to the sounds of the island. The grounds were peaceful and lush, and the location was perfect—just minutes from some of our favorite beaches, restaurants, and shops in Kihei and Wailea. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. This place truly made our Maui trip easy, comfortable, and memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a laid-back, well-located home base on the island. Mahalo for an amazing stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! Patti @ Midway Vacations was very helpful during our late night check-in. Beds were comfortable with extra linens and towels during our stay. The property is located right across Kamaloe Beach Park I for an EASY beach access! The kitchen is clean and fully stocked which made cookimg super easy! The only downside is that the condo location (A407) was not near an elevator access so be ready to go up and down a flight of steps -- it was a killer after our multiple excursions! Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again!
