  • Kihei Bay Surf Studio #238 is a remodeled upstairs studio with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, mountain and tennis court views. It has a king bed and a double sofa bed and it can sleep 3 people. Kihei Bay Surf Studio #238 features a room unit air conditioner in the living room, Flat screen TV, and WIFI. Coin-operated laundry room on-site. A $200 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available. Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights. We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience. The Kihei Bay Surf is located in North Kihei across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and Kalepolepo Beach and an ancient Hawaiian fishpond. Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV and can sleep from 2-3 people. In addition there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, gas grills and common laundry areas for your use. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable. The Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located to shops, restaurants and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. This is one of the best values in Kihei.

The rental was great! Pretty comfortable bed, clean, right across from the beach. Close to a lot of good restaurants/food trucks. It had everything we needed for this trip. One small soap for the shower and no shampoo or conditioner so just be aware of that and bring your own.

Perfect location, great beach nearby.

This property is in the best location - easy drive to Haleakala mountain and to Lahaina as well as Wailea. Surrounded by many great restaurants and a great beach with turtles! Overall, the property is simple but perfect for a family who is looking for a place to sleep while they are out all day.

The host service was wonderful to deal with and proactively replaced our TV during our stay. The accomodation itself was very clean and comfortable. My wife and I especially appreciated that the accomodation was outfitted with several high quality items for our use (full kitchenware and appliances, and particularly the beach umbrella, towels and chairs, were invaliable). Great location and well stocked

We appreciated being so near to Kihei, but removed enough that we didn't hear the busy streets or restaurant/bar goers. Loved being able to walk across the street to the Humpback Whale Sanctuary to watch the whales and morning kayakers from the front deck with your morning coffee. Also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and beach chairs and gear provided by the hosts.

Perfect size and location. Everything I needed was provided. Very clean and comfortable bed. I didn't sit on the futon but it worked out great for my suitcase to sit on. The view was of the tennis court but the birds and beautiful landscaping was just perfect for my morning coffee and Journaling. The hot tub was under construction and I wasn't notified about it until i was already there. Otherwise no complaints.

Just right

We stayed 8 days at this unit. Was perfect for a couple. We had everything we needed to fix breakfast and enjoy it on the Lanai in the mornings. We enjoyed the beach chairs and the ice packs everyday. No cooler in the unit, but we got one for free when we rented snorkel gear at Boss Frogs. Bed was comfy and tv was nice to relax for a few minutes at night.

Simple and Super

The property is well located near to the beach and very much accessible to all the kihei beaches. Only thing is the laundry is not available in the premises was a difficult thing for us. Rest every thing is good.

The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The construction project noted at the bottom of the listing was overwhelming at times with loud noises, nails on walkways, and construction equipment in the parking lot. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. I would stay again after the construction is over.

Kihei getaway

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The unit itself is dated and could use a “freshen up” but is otherwise clean, spacious and perfect for a couple! The king sized bed is incredibly comfortable and the cross breeze you get in the unit is amazing. We never turned the A/C on. Kitchen is well equipped and the beach chairs and umbrella got a lot of use! Great value here, highly recommend!

Trip to Paradise

I stayed in the studio apartment for just over a week and it had all of the amenities needed. The property was clean and well maintained. It’s steps away from a beautiful beach and minutes away from local shops. The kitchenette was fully loaded and gives the flexibility of making your own meals. I bought groceries for breakfast and lunches and ate out for dinners. I highly recommend this property for anyone considering this trip!

We were there second time but in another room. Everything was good and our stay was satisfied because of good location and clean. We forgot the bag in thee room and after leavin receiving the message about it. We will give the advice the host to change beach chairs and better if could be dish washing mashine and the place where put the suitcases.

Older but well maintained property. Roomy space with bathroom away from sleeping area. Lovely balcony. Safe and super location! Convenient to ocean-across road. Convenient to stores, grocery and restaurants! Quiet. Nice laundry and well stocked kitchen. Great neighbors and clientele! Managing agency, especially Cassandra, were so helpful on site. Others we talked with in advance were also super helpful. They didn’t mind talking to humans.

The place was good for just us two because it’s a studio. It was clean and we appreciated having beach chairs and boogie boards provided! They also had spare beach towels,beach blanket,and an umbrella. The A/C didn’t work super well for the space and took a while to cool down but it wasn’t the end of the world.
