Kihei Bay Vista #A-103 features free Wifi and telephone with long distance calling to US and Canada.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

The grounds feature well-manicured tropical plants and scenery, as well as a relaxing gated pool, and spa. This quiet complex offers a great value to those who would like to spend time exploring the Island or to those who simply enjoy lying out in the sun. This unit sleeps 2.

The pool was wonderful! The Spectrum didn’t work the entire 2 weeks I was there, that was very disappointing. The complex is quiet and across from the ocean, loved that!

Perfect for couples

Condo was sparkling clean and well stocked. Location is central and walking distance to various shops and restaurants. The whale sanctuary is across the street where there is also a beach where the turtles often rested. Would stay again.

Very nice place

This condo was very nice and clean! It had all the amenities that you could need for your stay. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of room, a well equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, nice sitting room, and a balcony on the courtyard to enjoy the beautiful vegetation. You have a small view of the ocean. The owner and managers were very helpful!

It’s all about location!

Beautiful! Stayed here with my daughter for a week. Location was perfect, just a minute walk across the street to the beach, close to food and stores, pool and hot tub right outside the door. Parking behind our condo. We absolutely loved our stay here! Mahalo

I think the best compliment I can give you is that as we were leaving we wanted to call and ask how much would it cost to buy the condo? We thoroughly loved our stay and hope to do it again soon. GREAT location and other than a neighbor smoking some wacky weed it was perfect, TY!!

Whale watching

We were very comfortable for our stay. The location was perfect for the beach to watch whales, shopping close by and heading out to explore Maui. Condo was well stocked with things we needed for our stay. Loved it! Thank yoou for sharing your home.

Great Location

The location is PERFECT for those who want to experience all of Maui. We were able to walk across the street and watch the sunset every evening...BEAUTIFUL spot, even had a monk seal on the beach with us one evening while watching the sunset. The location is close to all the activities we did while on Maui. The furniture is dated but we were not in the condo much so that didn't bother us. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Nice place at reasonable price...

Well equipped, quiet unit. Had everything we needed, and extras we didn't expect. Very comfortable mattress, but needs new sheets that will actually stay on. Making the reservation, accessing the unit, and checking out was a breeze. Loved reading by the pool and relaxing on the lanai. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to other parts of the island. And loved that we could walk across the street to a very nice and secluded beach. Although window units kept the entire unit cool and comfortable, they did not help manage dampness (maybe filters could be changed more frequently?). Noticed the difference in both our congestion/stuffiness for the 2 days we spent in a unit on the Big Island.

Nice condo convenient to the beach

Overall, the condo was nice. The location was right across the street from the Humpback Whale sanctuary with a lagoon that has turtles. The kitchen was well-appointed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and found that, unlike other condo communities where we have stayed in Kihei, these were not crowded. Our only comments are that the carpet has some staining and the furniture is a bit dated.

Home away from home!

Both me and my wife felt it was really our home away from home. The place was clean and stocked up with the essentials pretty well. We would definitely come back to this place. I just have one suggestion though. A little uprgade on the furnitures. Having a smart TV would be a start.

Cute condo across the street from the beach

This is a cute, one bedroom condo across the street from a very small beach. It does have a very cool cove that sea turtles come into in the evening. The only thing I did not like about this condo is the very small bathroom. It was difficult to move around in the tub toilet area. Other than that it was convenient to restaurants, shops, and other things to do. We did enjoy our time there.

Quiet stay

Most everything about this location was great. Facility was quiet and clean. Condo had beach chairs and an ice chest to use. Only about half of the condos seemed to be in use. Only thing to be aware of is that this location is where the wind comes through so lots of sand on balcony each day. Didn’t experience this at other locations we have stayed. Entrance to parking lot was always marked with a small sand dune which was our landmark for the week.

Loved the beach right across the street. We especially liked that the condo was well built so no sound came through the walls or ceilings, even though we had neighbors above and next to us. We had a small problem with the TV cable box but a call to the management company had someone at our door in less than 15 minutes.

The beach chairs and coolers were such a bonus!We ate our breakfasts at the condo and made lunch to bring in the cooler everyday and ate dinners out. The location was wonderful and we loved to walk on the beach close by in the mornings. We would swim at the pool every evening as well. Everything was wonderful. It was the perfect 20th wedding anniversary stay. Thank you for giving us the perfect place to stay. We got home just before the fires started and send our love to everyone on the island who was affected. It was heartbreaking to see the news when we had just visited all of those places. Maui will always have a very special place in our hearts.
