Koa Resort 2 Bed Ground Floor Condo -Air Conditioning

A rare low-density complex (only 54 units) on 5 acres of lush well manicured grounds with the largest private heated pool on Maui and the ocean that awaits you across the street! Fully air conditioned! The complex boasts private tennis courts, open tropical grounds for kids and adults to stroll, ping pong, private parking, grills and wifi in the common cabana. Relax on our private ground floor lanai that makes the outside to inside blend together. Enjoy the full kitchen with custom cherry cabinetry, newly remodeled bathroom and furnishings give you a Wailea flair at a Kihei price! The ocean breeze flows back and forth through the front screened-door and the Lanai making this condo a comfortable climate where air-conditioning is unnecessary. However, we do have air for those guests who like it a bit cooler. We have recently upgraded to a ductless air conditioning system units in the main room as well as one in each bedroom.
Kihei/South Maui is known for its sun, amazing beaches and snorkeling. Enjoy the beach chairs,cooler and boogie boards our unit has to offer. Nice condo, loved the pool!

Very comfortable condo to call home for our time in Maui. Well stocked with everything you could need. The resort pool was an exceptionally nice way to spend some down time when we weren't on the go. Owner is very responsive to any inquiries.

Our son and his family stayed in this nice condo while the rest of the family stayed in another condo on the property. The unit was comfortable, clean and had everything needed for beach play. Recommended

The Place Was Great

The property was clean and fully furnished. The setting was beautiful, the pool was nice, and the unit was comfortable. One or two more armchairs would have been nice, but other than a lack of seating the place was great.

Great Place to Stay in Maui

We enjoyed staying in this unit - it was very cosy and functional, with AC and nice outdoor patio. It also had all things you need for island vacation - beach chairs, bodyboards, snorkel gear, etc. The owners communicated clearly and checkin was super easy, we just had to fill in online form for parking permit.The location is central in Mayi and was great for exploring everything in the island. i am looking forward to come back soon!

Wonderful place and facility

Condo is great and the grounds are amazing. Lots of space and amenities like tennis and pool and grounds were perfect for a family to relax and enjoy. Condo was very nice and easy to find everything. Host was responsive and even helped us add a night last minute. Very happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Short but Sweet

What a great spot to stay for a trip with lots of family. Koa resort is a great little gem. It’s walking distance to the sea turtles, and the grounds are gorgeous. The condo was beautifully put together and clean and filled with everything we could have needed. We would definitely go back! That’s for a great getaway.

With the doves

Was a bit difficult to first find, but rental was tranquil. Cooked meals in the kitchen, shared them on the lanai, perused the little library, watched sunsets across the street at the sacred fishing pools. Great beaches close. Beautiful time.

Great Property

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The grounds at the complex were kept extremely clean and updated. Condo was awesome and had all the items we needed. Pool was great, we spend 3-4 mornings there before going out for the day. Would 100% stay here again

Such a great retreat place

This condo was one of three we rented for our family stay. It was immaculate and tidy and set up so comfortably. We had everything we needed and more. close to the pool. Loved the extras like lawn chairs, coolers, umbrella and boogie board. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was good but the check-in time was 4pm, which is late compared to most places (3pm), and the check-out time was 10am, which again was too early compared with most places (11am). It is understandable that the maids need time to clean and prepare for the next guests, but shortening the stay by an hour at the beginning and another hour at the end (compared with most rental accommodations) is not a fair practice.

this was an incredible condo. the a/c worked great. the kitchen was completely stocked with everything you need to cook. washer and dryer included. they even had a utility closet full of beach gear at your disposal so you don't have to rent. beach chairs, coolers, noodles, boogie boards, floaties, they had it all. when i return to maui some day in the future, i'm going to look up this property and hopefully they'll be available.

Wonderful!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo, and I can't say enough good things about it. Everything was perfect! The condo is ideally located, just a stone's throw away from the most beautiful beaches on the island and the lively center of Kihei. The place is fully equipped, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was even more spacious than it appeared in the photos, which was a delightful surprise. The pool and the gardens are simply stunning, providing a serene and picturesque environment to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Kihei. I will definitely be returning!

Kihei Condo

While this condo isn’t beachfront it makes up for it with the central location and privacy. Was pleasantly surprised to find quality beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. I would definitely stay here again.My only critique is, I would have appreciated a heads up on the condition of the parking lot and sidewalks. The week before our arrival, the area suffered a devastating storm that left a muddy mess. The parking lot and street had a dusty residue and the sidewalk was covered in several inches of mud. Packing white shoes was a huge mistake.
