Two Bedroom Deluxe Partial Ocean View Luana Kai Resort B207

Unit B207 with AC is a deluxe, two bedroom two bathroom condo . It has a partial ocean view as shown below and is spacious and warm and has all the amenities you expect  Condo B207 is tiled throughout which helps keep it cool in summer. The view of the courtyard, pool and ocean is lovely. Clothes washer/ dryer inside the condo.  AC units in each bedroom.  Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room.  Beautiful remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. King bed in master, two twins in guest with sofa bed in living room. 

Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills.  Tennis & pickleball courts.

NO elevators so you walk up 2 flights of stairs.
FREE parking.




From Luanakai, you can see the Kaheawa Wind Power energy facility atop Ukumehame ridge to the West. The wind farm was built to supply over 10% of the islands electrical needs and in 2007 generated 125,000 megawatts, replacing 236,000 barrels of oil. The power is sold to the Maui Electric Company, MECO. Since MECO burns oil to provide electricity, windpower is a very welcome green addition to the islands power supply.

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.
