The unit was amazing! It was clean, up-to-date, and felt like home. We didn’t use the air conditioner that much, but when we needed it, we were so glad this unit had it! The view was magnificent and the walk to the beach was maybe a minute long. The walk to the farmers market (wonderful papaya!), ABC Store, bakery, and shaved ice was less than 5 minutes by road and about 8 minutes via the beach. We loved every minute of our stay and will be back!

Phenomenal Maui VRBO

We had the most amazing stay at this VRBO!! The place was just as listed !! We loved it ! The people here are responsive and so helpful !! We had a dead battery and they had us up and going in 15 minutes ! Laundry facility was in each building ! The views and the pools ! BUT the beach right out front allowed us a nice leisurely way to dart our mornings ! Sugar Beach is awesome for walking ! Great sunset views and colors !! We will be back to Maui and we will stay here again and again !! The best stay we have had in all our travels — we are hating having to let go of this place this morning as we head home to Alaska ! Thank you for everything ! You’re the best !

Two parents, one adult child

Nice location, great view, amenities were good. Feral cats and chickens were interesting. Kihei area was pleasant., location was good to go out from. We hope to go again.

Singles retreat 2016

We had an awesome time this past week and couldn't have been happier with the accomodations. The condo is close the the airport and most of the attractions we had on our to do list. We had 6 adults stay and had plenty of room and sleep space. The staff provided us clean towels daily and were available at all times to address questions. I'd for sure stay here again!!

Great place to stay. Just wished it was stocked with more than just a salt and pepper Shaker to cook with. Lots of glass tables if you have little ones. Everything else was perfect, pool was wonderful.

(1 out of 5 Stars)Disgusting Conditions, Shady Management & Roaches EverywhereDo not book this property. We paid a premium price expecting a clean, relaxing Maui condo, and instead, we spent our entire vacation week dealing with a severe cockroach infestation. We found cockroaches crawling all over the kitchen counters, in the bathrooms, in the upper room, and literally in our bedsheets. I have video evidence daily.When we contacted management, the response was completely unacceptable. They tried to completely normalize it, claiming it was "buggy this year" due to rain, and thought that just dropping off a can of bug spray on the counter and leaving a few cheap traps was an acceptable solution for a widespread infestation. Whatever bare minimum effort they made did absolutely nothing.To make matters worse, they flat-out refused to offer a discount or any form of reasonable compensation for forcing us to live in completely unsanitary conditions. Incredibly, they even tried to claim that having insects in the property was covered under the VRBO rental agreement, a completely fabricated clause that does not exist anywhere in the official terms for this property.They seem to think paying top dollar to share your bed and food with roaches is just "normal" and will invent fake policy rules to avoid taking financial responsibility. Save your money and peace of mind, book somewhere else where management actually operates with basic honesty, hygiene, and customer service.

Beautiful location

Location was perfect. We arrived and both bathrooms were not functioning properly. They fixed one but the other continued to function poorly. I did not like that the reps would come in while we were out and turn the AC up. We would come back and the place would be stifling. The beautiful location made up for the problems we had.

Quiet, clean and simple - Like Maui should be

Views are excellent. Pictures are accurate. Kitchen is better than we thought and the kitchen amenities too. Quiet location, easy surf can be heard and very well kept grounds. For a 2 bedroom, on the water it was a great deal for that particular area of Maui. (A quick walk to a farmers market and ABC store was great too) I would probably go somewhere else next time unless we had multiple families/friends staying at the same condos (like Lahaina, Kaanapali or Wailea, but prices tend to increase around there). All in all, if the price is right, this is a very good place to stay.

Bright, spacious, comfortable and well stocked.

A lovely quiet property, we enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Staff and neighbours friendly and helpful we are sad to leave and will definitely rebook!

Quite and Relaxing

For the price you can't beat the atmosphere on the grounds; very quite beach, great for walks, swimming, etc. Condo is dated and in need of an up lift as shown in the pictures. Vintage furniture is fine but a little newer more comfortable beds would have been nice. All in all still pretty decent.

Great Place & Setting

This was a great place to stay and the beach was right outside the door. The unit was clean, up-to-date and provided the comforts of home. Fantastic whale watching from this location. I would highly recommend this unit for either a family of two couples
